Thanks for the extra info @chefchiller. This worked at my site, perhaps it will work for you as well?

For all strato users:
1. Login at strato
2. Security -> Spam settings for guestbook
3. Turn off all filters

Once you have done this the issue is gone! At least at my site ??

I also encounter these problems (I use Strato too) and called with them 2 times. They do believe (for now) that it’s not their problem and that I should fix it on my side. I will follow this post for possible solutions. But I hope Strato will fix the problem on their side since more and more customers have this issue.

I also have a challenge to get this fixed (i use the pro version). Can anybody help me how to fix this? I see the class, but can’t find the icons… ??
