Hi– did you set the User’s Role to “agent” in the user definition?

Also, be sure you’ve selected a valid Company for the Agent in the User definition panel.

Finally– the agent will only appear in the property listing panel AFTER you’ve selected the company that this agent belongs to– the Agent list is filtered by Company.

@local9ssb– can you post a sample of the category names you’re trying to insert? I’m wondering if some characters aren’t getting filtered properly?
