Here is the information on the results of the testing:
Not sure how we can replicate, though I can detail the sequence or clone the site for you and grant access.
Steps I took would be, with upgrades after creation of product / post:
– WP 6.0.1, after create and test upgrade to 6.0.2
– OceanWP 3.3.3, after creation upgrade to 3.3.5
– Imagify, 1.x, after image conversion and create shop page, ugrade to 2.0
– Woocommerce 6.7.3, after creating shop page upgrade to 6.8.0+After upgrade of all the above the issue arose.
As mentioned changing to Woocommerce Storefront the images appear normally.
Disabling Imagify the images appear normally.
Per the Woocommerce team therefore it appears to be a conflict that only occurs after all three plugins are updated.In live I have not updated Woocommerce from 6.7.x and therefore the issue is also not present.
Here are links to screenshots / videos from my testing as you suggested:
This was done after:- Clearing Cache and Disabling HummingBird
- Clearing Cache and Disabling JetPack
- Clearing cache and Setting my CDN to Developer moe to bypass
- Clearing Cache and disabling Caching in the Bluehost MU plugin
- Disabling all other plugins except Woocommerce and Ocean Extra

- All plugins and CDN disabled except Ocean Extra and Woocommerce disabled – No issue
- All plugins enabled except Jetpack – No Issue
- Jetpack enabled with all others – immediate issue
- All plugins enabled except Imagify – No Issue
- All plugins enabled with Theme switched to Storefront – No Issue
Staging Inspector has no errors on my test – end tag is picture:

Video goes through your suggestions – though summarising only where I found faulty / resolving combinations:
Please note therefore, the image issue only arises with the combination of:
OceanWP Theme, Jetpack, Imagify and Woocommerce (6.8.0+).
If any one of these is deactivated or the theme changed the issue does not exist.
Testing plugins deactivated / combinations
I would prefer to keep using OceanWP, and retain the performance gains of Imagify and Jetpack, and off course Woocommerce is non-optional here.
Therefore I would really like if you can find where the conflict combination arises.As mentioned, I am happy to set up a Cloned site to assist in your debugging / RCA.

Thank you for the above response.
You are right, there is a conflict between Imagify and the Theme it appears –in fact I tried deactivating only one at a time
; the result was:
- Deactivate Imagify only – result = Images appear in my theme
- Switch Theme to Storefront only with Imagify active – result = Images appear in Storefront
It seems strange, but I guess it is not Imagify that should look into this, rather my Theme author; worth noting for anyone else that may encounter similar with webp converted images in themes other than Storefront.
FYI for other readers – my Theme is OceanWP.

Here are answers to the question and the information you requested at the bottom as the System Status is long so pasted under sign-off. ??
- I updated to the latest version (per my original message), 6.93 from 6.7.0. I hit the issue, so rolled-back and stepped up to find when it occurred. I found that it was immediate on the step from 6.7.0 to 6.8.0
- I am using plugins to help the load speed; these are Jetpack, Hummingbird and the MU by Bluehost.
I noted that I did test this issue with all of these and my CDN disabled, along with all other plugins in fact, and had the same result even after clearing all cache. - System Status is below the sign-off first for live and second for staging

Unfortunately my host cannot create a staging for a multi-site.
As my theme uses serialisation too, it is not so straightforward to duplicate the site as the URL strings would need to be the same length with manual adjustments in the DB… which I could do though are time consuming, etc.So, to enable you to take a look I have updated the plugin to the latest version.
I am happy to leave the update in place until the end of the weekend, or a little longer if you need, before rolling back.Please let me know if you can take a look in that time-frame to debug or how long you might need beyond that.
You may need to append the ?Nocache parameter as I have not cleared the site cache.Thanks,

I have tried the updates up to version 1.15.12.
Whilst from 1.15.10, the country flag icon in phone list padding corrected, the regression of the dropdown background colour persisted.
This causes a legibility issue, as it does not match my website colours, which, with a white font renders the dropdown text illegible.Can you please look at the above CSS and see why it may not work in the later updates please.
I have regressed my website to 1.15.7, so it cannot be tested there, other than to see that the drop-down background colours are honoured in the earlier version.

Further to the above, just to let you know I have rolled back the plugin to the previous version for now as I sell many business services, including the importance of VI, branding and website. As such I could not leave the forms on my own site in that way for longer than I had.
Please let me know when both of the issues are fixed, until such time I will stay with v1.15.7 that I have retested and the form field rendering and drop-down colours are all good with the custom CSS I have.Thanks,

I have implemented the above for both my forms in the Additional CSS section and cleared all cache to test. It had no effect.
I then also removed all relevant “Combine” Asset optimisation configurations in Hummingbird, cleared Asset Optimization Cache and page cache again and tried with a clean browser.Again, there seemed to be no impact of the change you suggested.
I note, the above is also for the field width only and does not address the CSS colours that are also not being honoured since the latest update.Can you share / investigate why this may be please?

I have the same problem, and actually noticed it since WP 5.6.x update.
My workaround has been to create a new / copy an existing Pop-up.
The latter seems to also enable one edit and save as it is duplicating a good row.
Thereafter, it does not allow changes.I have used Inspector and Query monitor, even disabled cloudflare and all other plugin’s and the issue persists.
It seems, somewhere in the stack there is the following “Warning” on loading any newly saved Popups, that did not happen in the originals I have built I think around WP 5.3:

I hope you can identify how / why this happens as to me it indicates the DB entry is getting corrupt and therefore unable to update, even though it says saved – I used Query Monitor to check and oddly see no update / alter statement and therefore no error from a query either.
