Have you updated our plugin? We have fixed the “Show unmodified price if product discounts added as coupon” functionality, maybe, if you update our plugin, the issue will be gone.

There are some options in the settings that allowed to show the striked prices in the orders: https://docs.algolplus.com/algol_pricing/order/
But it’s a pro version features. You can submit a new ticket to our helpdesk and we will provide you pro version for test.
