If you just set 1, 3 and 5 for adults in Rooms >> Room Capacities, it just displays these 3 options. It’s impossible to display from 1 to 10 if you don’t set it.

Besides Offline Payment and PayPal, our plugin supports Stripe and Authorize. You have to install WP Hotel Booking Stripe addon and WP Hotel Booking Authorize addon to use these payments. All the addons are packed in wp-hotel-booking/includes/plugins/add-on.
You also use WooCommerce to checkout instead of the booking plugin. Read here.
