You are right, current features are enough for almost Klaviyo users – but for some like you an advance feature allow send custom profile properties to Klaviyo is necessary. I will star working on this and release a new once for this ASAP and inform you then.

Yes, you are right – if your Klaviyo setting is DOUBLE OPT IN then subscribers will received a confirm email from Klaviyo – and they need to confirm that email to subscribe the the list. While SINGLE OPT IN will make them subscribe to the list without any confirm.

Hi @arian0009 this really strange – this may due to conflict with other plugin in your site. Then please try deactivate my plugin > delete > and reinstall it again. If this still not solved your issue – please contact me direct via [email protected], so i can support you further on this!

Thanks @arian0009 this case i recommend you to update your Elementor Pro plugin to make sure max compatible. Due to plugin limit i can’t find Elementor pro 3.14.1 (the version control just allow me to rollback to 3.16.2 – and it conflict with newest Elementor, that why i advise you to update your plugin).

I saw @jinsley8 said that he fixed the problem – unfortunately, i can’t comment on that post because it’s close.

Hi @kenteush29 thank you for using my plugin. This may be due to the list setting in your Klaviyo account. If you set the list to?Double opt-in?then new subscribers need to confirm their subscription before being added to the list. If you don’t want this – then just change the list to?Single opt-in?and try again.

If you list is Single opt-in already, then please going to the backend of the form that you got the issue, open the klaviyo settings and activate the log (debug) setting. Try to submit the form, then navigate to the file “debug.log” inside the plugin folder (yoursite-domain/wp-content/plugins/include-klaviyo-for-elementor-pro/) and sent me these info for further debug and support.

Hi @vrsclaudia i have built a fresh new Wp site using the info you provided (except the theme – due to it is a paid theme). And thing work as expected.

So i think this must be a theme or other plugin conflict (you can confirm this by temporary deactivate each plugin one by one) or temporary change the them to identify if the them or which plugin cause the conflict – then i can do further debug>

Hi @freddiek thanks you for using my plugin. From version 3.0 i used their new API for my plugin – so don’t worry about Klaviyo old API deprecation if you are on version 3.0 or later.
