In reply to: [Include Klaviyo for Elementor pro] Update already subscribed profilesHi @stender89 , maybe you right (if you set the list to Double opt-in then new subscribers need to confirm their subscription before being added to the list). If you don’t want this – then just change the list to Single opt-in and try again.
Anyway, i just release a new version allow you to add a user/profile to multi list once by type in multi list ID in the klaviyo List ID setting (separate by comma). Please update and try it yourself.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Include Klaviyo for Elementor pro] Dosent WorkHi @sahumedia firstly,?thanks you for using my plugin. I made some test with the newest plugin versions (and WP 6.4.2 and 2023 default theme) and it work as expected in my side.
What you can do now is simply remove the plugin, then update Elementor/Elementor Pro (and done Elementor database update too). Then reinstall the plugin again.
If after these step, the issue still there – then i think you are right – check the debug log is the best way.
Can you please going to the form’s klaviyo settings and activate the debug log setting as below image. Try to submit the form, then navigate to the file “debug.log” inside the plugin folder (yoursite-domain/wp-content/plugins/include-klaviyo-for-elementor-pro/) and sent me these info along with your Elementor/Elementor Pro, WP version, your theme name and version for further debug and support.
Thanks you!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Include Klaviyo for Elementor pro] Klaviyo segmentHi @baldoz, firstly i think you can take a look on this video to more understand the way how segment work.
Basically, segment will don’t have the API call to put a profile direct into it. So i tried a tricky way – i add a custom property call “segment_id” seeting to the form. And set the Klaviyo Segment condition to profiles that have this property.
The problem is, this will not automatic – because Klaviyo segment will only scan profiles for these conditions only when the segment is created and when you change the condition settings. Mean you need to change the condition settings to force Klaviyo rescan profiles to add new profile.
I’m trying other solutions and other approaches. And will release a new update when done.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Include Klaviyo for Elementor pro] Klaviyo segmentHi @baldoz, sorry for this. But i’m not really clear about your require.
You want to have the option allow you to add the “segment ID” so viewer – who submit the form will go into the particular segment that you want right?!Hi @gunzi11, glad to know that your issue have been gone. Thanks you again for using my plugin. Please fell free to ask if you need my help in the future.
Thanks @gunzi11 for your help. Base on your debug log – i beliveve the issue come from your List’s setting.
As you can see in below image, if the list you’re subscribing profiles to is set to double opt-in – then, the profile being subscribed will be asked to confirm their subscription. In this case, you will not see the profile’s data in your API requests nor will you see an update to the Channel box in the Klaviyo UI until the subscriber has finished opting in. That why you get a blank respond instead of error.
You can confirm this by change your list setting in to single opt-in or look at the subscribed mail box (maybe in spam folder) for the subscription confirm email and finish it.
Hope this help, please keep updatee me with this to make further support if necessary!
