Hi @aaronnb87 , this Source Name property is not a Klaviyo’s default property.

Hi @jessiecassidy , to get the field’s ID in the form edit panel please click on the field you want to get the ID to expand the field settings, then click on the advanced tab – you will see the field’s Id here (you can use the default ID or create a new ID for this field here too – just make sure it’s unique).

Hi @ibowden , this is a common issue happend with Elementor and other plugins. Please temporary deactivate my plugin, run Elementor data updater then reactive my plugin again.

Hi @dwellness i have install and test the plugin with:
A fresh new WP 5.8.2
PHP version 7.4
Theme Twenty Twenty-One
Elementor Version 3.5.3
Elementor Pro Version 3.5.2

There is no error or issue occurred or logged. But i notice that, when install Elementor and Elementor Pro, there will be an database update process. I think may be this cause the issue.

Can you please temporary deactivate or uninstall my plugin. Then make sure the database update process is completed (If you not sure about the database update process, then please re install both Elementor and Elementor pro) before reinstall/activate my plugin.

Hi @neta2021 the plugin have a filter to enable the double opt-in. Make sure you update to the newest version then add these line of code to the bottom of your theme’s functions.php file:

add_filter( 'include_klaviyo_action', 'custom_klaviyo_action');

function custom_klaviyo_action(){
    return 'subscribe';
}

Hi @kscrnl thanks for your sharing. This is a common bug of Elementor (it happen with just not my plugin, but with others as you can see here: https://forum.elementor.com/fixing-common-issues-33/elementor-data-updater-bug-2172).

Hope Elementor team will fixed this soon. Until that, your way is the best solution.
