Thank you for all the help, I seem to hve found the problem, it was in the memory size of the php, my host had it set to 24mb, and I asked them to up it to 64mb, that seems to have fixed the problem. Yes it was a theme issue. Thank you for all the help!

Using weaver2 pro, it has been updated, all plugins are updated. Running 4.4.2. If I go to site from browser, that is front end “www.obriencountybell.com” it looks fine. but if I go to it from admin panel the right sidebar is gray and misaligned with text the color of this sidebar should be the same as the left sidebar.
I have reinstalled wp, rebuilt and optimized the database thru myphpadmin panel, so just clueless at this point.
