Hi Cleantalk support,
I have the same problem for all my clients (ca 10). I have the latest version of the app installed, but get this Connection error message:
CONNECTION_ERROR : “cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds”
And for a new client also the message that there is a wrong key, even though in the Cleantalk Admin the key is OK, and the plugin is active.
One client who has not updates the plugin for a long time is the only one without these problems…
Can I create a ticket for this just like described above?
