Thanks for the info on changing the drop menu background from the opacity setting. That was helpful.

That being said, I am like @Sense4 and am requesting assistance in changing the drop menu font color as it is still difficult to read in it’s default color.

Never mind. I found the answer I needed. It’s a setting within nextgen-gallery that reset when I upgraded. I had forgotten I dealt with this the first time around as well.

Do you remove the previous link before adding the new one?

I also found I was incorrectly highlighting the whole paragraph to link (in Text) instead of strictly the words I wanted linked.

@t-p Thanks. (apologies @hisnhers…., I appear to have hijacked your post.) I’ve popped in to Windows LiveWriter and even did an install of the website I am hoping to use this on, but it appears to target blog posts, not web pages.

I love to tinker, but I have so much necessary tinkering as I am learning a mountain all at once, and though I enjoy reading, my reading is a very slow speed not conducive for pouring through lots of input in short periods of time.

@esmi… Is Windows LiveWriter good only for the blogs? I’m working on a Website and it’s pages predominately at the moment.

I was still running into issues. Someone suggested I create my content in Word and then move it over. I just did several back-to-back links, and pasted into the Visual (I could also paste into Text). They work wonderfully, even after Update. Even after reopening to edit, but I’m now creating Word Docs for each of my pages. Content will all be edited there, and then complete new content will be copied over to WP.

Seems I can create content in Word and paste into Visual or View and then it works as it should. I guess I will do that.

appears correct, when you first bring it up, it seems. However, click over to visual, then back back to text.

Thanks. Your input gives me something to work with. Also, with being fairly new at this, I am glad in knowing it wasn’t just me, especially in communicating with a client why it is taking so much longer to update pages. I do hope WP gets this bug resolved sooner than later.

Also, that doesn’t help when a picture is used for the link instead of text…. I utilize both.

You are saying I need to paste the link into the code on the “Text” page instead of using the simple link icon on the “Visual” page?
