Client upgraded to 1.4.8, slider is now broken. I would like to downgrade but don’t have 1.4.7.

Just FYI we have been testing GDPR plugins and just installed yours onto a site.

We have created a privacy policy page but when we load the site we are shown the iframed version of this privacy policy page but clicking AGREE or DISAGREE doesn’t do anything. ‘AGREE’ and ‘DISAGREE’ are just hyperlinked with # symbols.

No offence intended, but this discussion has been going on for 30 days now, and the GDPR comes into effect in 10 days time.

Is this plugin going to be updated in the next 10 days? If not many of us need to do something about it right now. We can’t wait until 1 or 2 days before the law comes into effect.

After further examination it seems this is a z-index problem when using CF7 and Visual Composer. Adding this to your CSS will fix make the date picker visible in Safari:

div#ui-datepicker-div {z-index:1000!important;}

When we go to our account page the only download we can see is “Lifetime Plan – woo-payment-gateway-pro-2.6.15.zip”. Where can we download 2.6.16?

Just FYI, if I use version 1.5.6.1 I get no CSVs, and this error in the log:

wp_upload_bits was called with an argument that is <strong>deprecated</strong> since version 2.0.0 with no alternative available

If I downgrade back to 1.5.2.1 the error goes away, and my CSVs work again.

Thanks for the response, although it’s now 6 weeks later and that site is long finished.

I will keep Caldera Pro in mind for the next job.

Update: It isn’t quite as bad as we first feared!

I may have spoken to soon when I accused Yoast changed the slugs on 4k posts. It now seems that it hasn’t changed every post, only a few hundred of them. It’s possible these few hundred have had SEO meta text added to them since last week, and saving the post changed the slug. We have around a dozen authors so it’s hard to be sure.

I’m now fixing it using a plugin named ‘Regenerate Post Slug on Save’ which will revert the slug to the default whenever a post is updated. You can do this from the Quick Edit screen, so it’s a reasonably easy fix.

Seconded! Some way to hide logging of a particular IP would be lovely.

BingBot or something declaring itself to be BingBot is the worst. It is constantly requesting pages that haven’t existed since 2011.

We do have daily backups but we installed Yoast over a week ago.

Is there no way to undo Yoast’s changes? I still can’t quite believe it’s changed all those slugs.

Just chiming in to say this is still an issue with the current version of WPML and Contact Form 7 ver 4.8.1.

Adding “add_filter( ‘wpcf7_load_js’, ‘__return_false’ );” to my functions.php file did not solve my issue, but downgrading to CF7 4.7 did fix the problem.
