    Hi Ryan

I am publishing from https://www.thoughtsofjustafan.com/wp-admin rather than wordpress.

I noticed that the last time I deactivated and reactivated Jetpack, published posts send two notifications to my subscriber list (from [email redacted] and also from wp). Does that have any bearing on the problem? I don’t need the wp notification.

This problem occurs approx. 80% of the time. Sometimes I can edit and update with no problem but mostly it takes 3 or 4 attempts, in which I have to recover the updated data each time.

The last time I disabled all other plugins I updated and edited two blog posts each time I enabled the plugins back in (one by one). There were no problems until I enabled Jetpack again.

Thanks for all your help with this

    Jane

    Hi Ryan

Yes, the issue is still there. The exact steps I take that result in this problem are to edit / write a blog post and then click schedule or update. It also happens with updating pages. Intermittently, the following error message appears:

    This webpage is not available
    ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

The issue did not happen when Jetpack was deactivated – although of course as it only happens intermittently, it may not be Jetpack at all! It also happened after Jetpack updated earlier this month which is why I think it’s Jetpack.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Jane
