Hi @tomoma,
Thank you for reaching out!
I am not familiar with _setDomainName so i did some research but I can’t quite work it out. Does anyone have experience with this?
Within the settings for each site, under WooCommerce > Settings > Integrations, you’ll find the Set Domain Name setting.
Since you’re tracking multiple domains or tracking subdomains, I recommend reviewing the documentation on cross-domain measurement here. In addition to the integration settings in WooCommerce, there are additional settings that need to be adjusted/added to your Google Analytics account.
Let me know if you have any questions about any of those steps.
Hi @desaiadwait,
This will have to be done individually. Isn’t there an option to not let out of stock products sync – something like a global setting so it doesn’t have to be done manually for each individual product that goes out of stock?
I’m afraid our plugin doesn’t offer a global setting for excluding out-of-stock products.
The
[availability]
attribute is used in the product feed data to tell users and Google whether you have a product in stock. See Google’s documentation on that here.As mentioned in that documentation, the exclusion of products from the feed uses a different attribute called
[excluded_destination]
which is manually toggled from each product.I hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Single product image problemHi there @rogerio64,
Thanks for reaching out!
Generally speaking, image sizes for single products default to an uncropped 600px wide.
However, your theme or custom CSS can also override these defaults. In order to further troubleshoot this for you, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Can you also confirm if you have any active Custom CSS or Code Snippets?
Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Editing Woocommerce Email Style (feature request)Hi there @sonjamarie,
Thanks for reaching out!
While the core WooCommerce email customization options are fairly limited, there are many free and paid extensions for WooCommerce which add to this functionality for email customization.
For example, we recommend MailPoet which has a very nice drag-and-drop editor in addition to powerful email marketing tools to help you grow your WooCommerce store.
If you would prefer to instead modify or override the core WooCommerce email templates with templates of your own design, we offer some documentation to get you started with that. (note that this level of customization is beyond our scope per our Support Policy.)
I hope this helps you explore some options for how to enhance that core WooCommerce feature. If you have any further questions please let me know.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Confirm logout going to page 404Hi again @lydiaraquel,
Thank you very much ! That was the problem. I’m sorry, I’m new to WordPress… Can I also ask you how to adapt the size and the font on the phone? Thanks a lot!
Glad to hear that solved the 404 error issue for you! I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved.
When it comes to customizing text size, color, and font for your WooCommerce shop, those elements will be controlled by your site’s theme or using custom CSS.
To add or override CSS: use the “Additional CSS” option in the customizer. https://codex.www.ads-software.com/CSS#Custom_CSS_in_WordPress
If you need to adjust the font size ONLY for visitors using mobile devices, here’s an example of some custom CSS to get you started there.
I hope this helps! If you have further questions on the subject of custom CSS, themes, or other topics, please feel free to open a new thread. ??

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] Proceed to Checkout Button URL won’t changeHi there @lalanyc,
Thanks for reaching out!
Since the Cart and Checkout blocks are still under active development and do have some known incompatibilities, I’d like to start by ruling out any issues that might be related to other plugins you have installed.
Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Can you also confirm if you have updated the Cart or Checkout endpoints under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Page Setup to point to the alternate page(s) you wish to use?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] ConversionsHi @nextlevelg,
Thank you! I just contacted Google ads support and of course they said me that a global tag was already added to my website by the plugin. But they didn’t found any event snippet in my website for each conversion. Can you confirm that all the necessary configuration was done by the plugin? Including the specific tag for each conversion?
Can you confirm that your conversions are showing in the Google Listings & Ads > Reports tab? If so, can you specify for us what tags you’re expecting to see that are not displayed?
Do you have data that is reported in your Google Merchant Center Account that is not recorded in that view?
Hi there @johannesyeahs,
Thanks for reaching out!
It sounds like you’ve already confirmed that that language file has a translation in place for that string, but it’s simply not being applied.
Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Can you also share a screenshot with us to confirm the exact location of the string on the front end?
Thanks!
Everything else appears to be working fine, just incorrect reporting.
To be sure you’re seeing the most accurate revenue reports, please make sure you are viewing the information under Analytics > Revenue (not WooCommerce > Reports).
Can you confirm that the reports under that section are accurate? If not, please create a ticket here so we can get some additional information from you and help you troubleshoot that issue.
Hi @navidsmh,
I would like this: If the product was variable, the lowest variable price (available in stock) would be displayed on the product archive page.
Using the plugin that @roxannestoltz recommended and the setting that @conschneider mentioned together should allow you to achieve this.
Can you clarify your current settings and goals a bit further for us if this is not working for you?
Hi @galapogos01,
Unfortunately when I try to I keep getting stuck in a link to authorise my account. Any ideas?
It sounds like you’re referring to 2-factor authentication for your WooCommerce.com account, is that correct?
If you need assistance with recovering access to your account, please send us an email to [email protected] or create a ticket here.
Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] woocommerce-checkout-payment – Direct Deposit option missingHi @ssgconline,
Yes, I have already enabled it – I don’t know how to include an image in this forum as you have.
Thanks for confirming that. I’d like to get some additional information about your site configuration if possible.
Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
It appears you are selling subscription products, and also have WooCommerce Payments and a PayPal plugin enabled. If you have purchased a premium extension from us at WooCommerce.com, such as WooCommerce Subscriptions, you can get direct email support by logging into your WooCommerce.com account and creating a ticket here: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] Missing transactions in Google AnalyticsSo you conclude that the problem is caused by the old woocommerce version?
That version of WooCommerce is out of date and may not be compatible with many other extensions, and the reports generated with the legacy Reports feature will not be accurate when refunds and coupons are included, among other issues.
Could you provide a solution with this old version?
I’m afraid that the legacy WooCommerce Reports feature is no longer being actively developed or supported since we moved over to WooCommerce Analytics with the release of version 4.0 some time ago.
Generally, when it comes to an issue of compatibility with other extensions, we’re only able to provide support for the 3 most recent minor versions of WooCommerce, which are 6.6, 6.5, and 6.4.
As @margaretwporg shared, we strongly recommend updating WooCommerce to the latest version (or at least version 6.4) so you can take advantage of the current Analytics features and support, and ensure proper compatibility with WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration.
Please let us know if you have any questions about how to do so safely.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Availability dateHi @dspink,
So they would need to set a date manually for each product?
Yes, if products are out of stock with backorders enabled, setting the [availabilityDate] value is required for each one, and would not be addressable via any global settings or default values.
If you wish to bulk-update that attribute in your Google Merchant Center account, you can do so using a spreadsheet upload as described in the Google documentation here: https://support.google.com/business/answer/3370250?hl=en
I hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.
