In reply to: [WooCommerce] Deny auto login after checkout in woocommerceHi there @nitish56,
Thanks for reaching out!
When i do order from checkout page as a guest user and add the password from Create an account field on checkout page…
Based on your description here, it’s not clear if you’re creating an account from the checkout page, or completing the process as a guest user.
Can you please clarify the steps you’re taking at guest checkout, and perhaps provide us with a few screenshots of what you see through the process?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Unable to bulk update product sync statusHi @dzire2dzine,
For that I had opened another topic which was resolved: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/google-listings-and-ads-tabs-missing/
Glad to hear those errors were resolved. Have you attempted the disconnect/reconnect process since then?
If so, are you still seeing the same on-screen error pop-up, and are any new PHP errors logged?

Thanks for reaching out!
can’t create product via API if that product contains image URL like this https://cf.shopee.vn/file/1bbb7089c4cf96bea7527caa101edb11
Can you share any more details about the product creation steps you’re using and the exact errors you are seeing if any?
Where in the product data is the image URL included in your process?
If you believe this is a bug with WooCommerce, you can report it here. We look forward to seeing more information so we can assist you with that.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Reinstall Facebook pluginHi @mauranedl,
None of these things seem to work ??
Were these all the possibilities or is there some other way left?I’m sorry to hear you’re still not able to get the proper account connected there. Are you still seeing the same
you don’t have access to Business Manager X
error, or do you see another error after removing the database table? One other step I would recommend you try is to remove the WooCommerce “app” from your old Business Manager account, so that any data referring to the old connection is disabled from the Facebook (Meta) side as well. If you don’t have access to the old Business Manager account (the one you don’t wish to use) I would recommend you reach out to Facebook/Meta support for assistance with that.
You may need to repeat the steps @sukafia outlined above after doing so. If that still doesn’t work for you, please let us know.
Hi there @fossmano1,
Thank you for reaching out!
I created a Google Ads campaign for a product on my site by going to the Google Ads site directly…Shouldn’t the two sync?
“Sync” for this extension is mostly to do with the product feed for listings, rather than campaigns.
Currently, it is only possible to use the Google Listings & Ads extension to create one free listings campaign. If you need to create multiple free listing campaigns, you’d need to create the other campaigns through your Google Merchant Center.
Once your free listings and Performance Max Campaigns are set up, you will be able to track your performance straight from your WooCommerce dashboard, as described here: https://woocommerce.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/#getting-started-with-campaign-analytics
However, I believe that any campaigns created on the Merchant Center side will be managed from that side, and only the analytics data (related to the account itself) would be “synced” across the connection created by the extension.
I hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any further questions, or don’t see that campaign data showing in your analytics.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] manage sub-attributeHi @federico_a,
In this way I should be able to greatly simplify the management of variation prices (only 4 price entries) because otherwise they would be about 100 per product.
It sounds like you’ve got all you need to proceed from here, so I’ll mark this thread as
resolved
for now. Feel free to reply again if you have further questions. Thanks! ??

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] “Page not found” errorHi @jdgd,
Those
PHP Fatal error
messages are indicating that your site’s server is running out of memory when trying to complete several operations. This indicates the issue is a problem with available resources and/or server configuration, not an issue with your WooCommerce installation.I recommend you reach out to your hosting provider to request that the available memory be increased to at least
256 MB
to resolve those errors, as they could affect every aspect of your site, including editing settings and uploading new plugins. You can find the WooCommerce Server Recommendations here: https://woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/
You can find the documentation for the Google Analytics Integration, including information on how to test the tracking to confirm it’s gathering the correct data, here: https://woocommerce.com/document/google-analytics-integration/
I hope this is helpful! If you have any further questions after addressing those errors please let us know.
Hi @arobaz2bx,
Thanks for reaching out! I’d like to start by getting some additional information about your site’s configuration.
Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
If you’d rather not share that information here, you can also create a support ticket with us here after logging into (or creating) your WooCommerce.com account: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
Thanks!
Hi @shihabrocks,
I’m not talking about the checkbox from your screenshot. I’m using Checkout block from “Woocommerce Blocks” plugin not the default Woocommerce Checkout.
Thanks for clarifying your goals for us.
Based on my testing and research, it looks like the WooCommerce Checkout Block is not currently configurable in all of the same ways that the WooCommerce Checkout shortcode offers with regard to that address. I recommend reverting to using the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode until such an option is implemented for the Checkout block.
One of the major goals of the design of this block was to address the most common “pain points” for the Checkout design created by the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode, including the order/prioritization of the addresses requested on the checkout page.
I will be sure to highlight this thread for our developers to take a look at, and if we have any other suggestions to offer for how this might be customizable within the block, we’ll share those here.
Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce import: how do I change a field valueHi @pisenka,
Thanks for reaching out for support!
>how do I change a field value when client imports a csv file?
When using the core WooCommerce CSV Importer tool, you can check the box to
Update Existing Products
if you wish to use the existing values in the CSV to overwrite things like price, stock quantity, etc.Can you confirm this is the result you’re looking to achieve?
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] variation pricesHi @topknotch,
To add to what @roxannestoltz has suggested, if you find that a plugin is not a desirable option, you might also consider using a CSV export and import workflow to bulk-edit those fields for your product variations.
WooCommerce itself includes a CSV import/export tool, and there is also an extension we offer to enhance this function called Product CSV Import Suite.
An example of this workflow would be:
1. Export your existing products to a CSV file.
2. Edit the CSV file and add or modify the price field or any other data you desire to change.
3. Use the CSV import tool to Update your existing products – with the core WooCommerce import tool there is a checkbox toUpdate Existing Products
.Editing hundreds of values in a CSV file should take a fraction of the time that doing so within WooCommerce would take, and would allow you to edit multiple fields across all product variations in a single export/import cycle.
I hope this helps! If you do have any questions about the extensions we’ve recommended here, please feel free to create a ticket.
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] WooCommerce Shipping missing in google product feedHi there @alijundi,
Thanks for the screenshot and System Status Report!
I am using Weight Based Shipping plugin
It looks like your shipping plugin is not allowing Google to generate the [shipping] value for your products.
You can find a guide on how to resolve this missing value here. I believe it is possible to set an account-level rule in Google Merchant Center that will give your products a “default” shipping cost and time if one cannot be generated from the WooCommerce product feed.
Please let us know if you have any trouble resolving that error after checking and updating your account-level settings for shipping in Google Merchant Center.
Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Call to undefined method Stripe GatewayHi there @ramseyaw,
I’m sorry to hear you’re still seeing issues with accessing the
My Account
page.Based on the video you shared (thanks for including that!) it appears that the issue is only with accessing the My Account page via the Elementor editor view, and not the front end (customer-facing side). Can you please confirm if this is the case?
At the moment it appears that this is a compatibility issue between Elementor Pro and Stripe. Since we cannot guarantee compatibility with third party tools, this may be something that Elementor would need to resolve.
In order to confirm if the issue only occurs when using the Elementor Pro plugin, I would suggest the following steps:
1. deactivate all Elementor plugins
2. temporarily change the theme to one of ours, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-two.
3. make sure the page forMy Account
uses the default shortcode[woocommerce_my_account]
4. check the error logs at WooCommerce > Status > Logs to confirm if there are still errors generated when attempting to access theMy Account
page.If the errors still occur with no Elementor products active, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
We will be able to help you further there.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Conflict with WPNOTIF and Additional GatewayHi there @agawaneharish,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re still seeing compatibility issues between Google Listings & Ads and Additional SMS Gateway.
after update from google listing it was resolved but now again with new version same issue occurred, please help with same.
Can you confirm if the developers of Additional SMS Gateway have released any updates for compatibility with the latest version of Google Listings & Ads?
It appears that the developers of Google Listings & Ads have been working on updating the Guzzle library over the past few days, so it’s possible the same will need to be done with that other plugin for it to remain compatible.
Please confirm the version of Google Listings & Ads that they have confirmed is compatible as well.
Thanks.
