In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Manual sync fails or auto sync mostly not workingHi there @cammo00,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing the steps you’ve completed. It sounds like product syncing is working but not consistently, so I would like to confirm some additional details about your settings and have you check for PHP errors in your WooCommerce logs.
Can you confirm that WooCommerce is your
System of Record
and that you’re using theFetch from Square
inventory setting to update stock numbers? See the documentation here for details.Testing Sync
1. Please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Square and
Enable logging
in the settings there.2. Once logging is enabled, run a manual sync.
3. Check the status of the sync, and if any issues show, go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and check the list of logs for
fatal errors
and logs for Square.4. Share the text of any errors found with us here.
Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Filters Won’t Work as ExpectedHi there @mlysikatos,
I have disabled the ACF Pro plugin as you requested!
Regarding the custom shortcodes, those are present in the custom theme we have created, so this shouldn’t be an issue, since I have activated the Storefront theme. Thanks for confirming you were able to complete a full conflict test. Did the issue still occur with Storefront active and WooCommerce as the only active plugin?
We look forward to hearing from you. Thanks!

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Products expired in google merchant centerHi there @copycatzapparels,
Thanks for reaching out!
All my 682 plus products got expired in google merchant center.
Merchant Center accounts are reviewed regularly. If it’s found that your products or website are not in compliance with Shopping ads policies, you’ll receive a warning email with more details about the issue and how to fix it and a timeframe in which to fix your issues.
Did you receive any such email communication about your account or products recently?
If not, your WooCommerce extension should still have information about any issues that need to be resolved. Any issues requiring your attention will be listed on your Google Listings & Ads Product Feed (Marketing > Google Listings & Ads > Product Feed) and will include all the necessary details, including the affected product name, issue, and suggested action.
If you don’t see any issues listed, or have questions about how to resolve any that do show up, please see the documentation here.
If you have any further questions, please let us know. Thanks!

Hi @colyz93,
>I tried this myself multiple times and didn’t work
Can you confirm you were able to create a new merchant center account, and if so, do the errors logged now reference the new account number, or the same number previously referenced (
166889194
)?For additional context and updates on the bug that @sukafia mentioned above, please see this GitHub issue: https://github.com/woocommerce/google-listings-and-ads/issues/1545#issuecomment-1144960278
As you’ll see there, we’ve seen two potential causes for this error message, and have identified fixes for both of them which appear to be scheduled for inclusion in the next release of the Google Listings & Ads extension.
Please make sure you update to the latest update when it becomes available, and let us know if you are still seeing those errors after doing so.
Thanks!
Hi @shawnroy,
Thanks for reaching out!
>When a purchase is made on our website, Woocommerce isn’t passing the line items to Braintree.
I don’t believe that the Braintree for WooCommerce gateway is intended to record the line items from an order, and would only pass details pertaining to the order totals and payment transactions.
WooCommerce offers built-in Analytics for reporting product sales along with many other data, which you can read more about here: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-analytics/
If you wish to add such reporting to the Braintree for WooCommerce extension, that would require customization of the plugin, which is beyond our scope of support per our Support Policy: https://woocommerce.com/support-policy/
You can reach out to developers and WooExperts for assistance with such customization here: https://woocommerce.com/customizations/
I hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any further questions.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Call to undefined method Stripe GatewayHi @csnlima,
Thanks for the live site System Status Report and logs.
Since the live site does meet those requirements, I suspect there is an issue with your Elementor Pro plugin based on the logs you shared.
I’d suggest reaching out to Elementor support for assistance with resolving that: https://elementor.com/support/
Please let us know if you have any further questions or are unable to resolve the issue with that plugin and/or the Stripe gateway.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] Featured Category Block Text ColorHi there @nubiesan,
Thanks for reaching out!
The color options for the Featured Category block are
Text
andBackground
. TheText
color will affect both the category title as well as the description.Screenshot: https://d.pr/i/X78Hs9
If you would like those two elements to have different colors, that would require some custom CSS applied to
class="wc-block-featured-category__title"
or toclass="wc-block-featured-category__description"
.While most customizations of this kind are beyond our scope of support (per our Support Policy), you can find general recommendations and best practices here: https://woocommerce.com/document/customizing-woocommerce-best-practices/
I recommend using a child theme or the Code Snippets plugin to add the CSS required to modify the style of the Featured Category block’s text elements.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Same product name for all variationsHi there @mareck1234,
Thanks for reaching out!
Google refers to variations as Variants and has specific requirements for the data feed when it comes to these products. Please see the Google resources here on resolving specific errors related to Variants: https://support.google.com/merchants/topic/9654717?hl=en&ref_topic=9642277

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Products no longer SyncingHi @staceycampbell,
Thanks for reaching out!
There are a few possible reasons why syncing might suddenly stop working. The most common are listed here in the Troubleshooting section of the documentation.
There have been some recent issues on the Facebook login side of the connection as documented here, however these were generally occurring when attempting to connect or reconnect WooCommerce shops to Facebook during the setup process. Most of them also appear to be resolved as of the latest update, so if you haven’t done so already please make sure your extension is up-to-date.
Could you also please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Thanks! ??

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Old products still showingThanks for reaching out!
products that still showing despite the fact that being not available in the woocommerce shop.
Can you please clarify: Are these products that are out of stock temporarily, or products that you’ve removed from your WooCommerce shop and need to be removed from the Facebook shop as well?
Occasionally, deleting or resetting all products from the Facebook catalog and then letting things sync again is the only way to fix strange issues. This requires a code snippet, which you can read more about here. https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce-delete-or-reset-all-facebook-products
Note: This is a Developer level doc. If you are unfamiliar with code/templates and resolving potential conflicts, select a WooExpert or Developer for assistance. We are unable to provide support for customizations under our Support Policy.
Thanks for any additional information you can provide! ??

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Products from Square not syncing to WooCommerceHi there @camille28804, thanks for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear about those issues with products not fully syncing between WooCommerce and Square.
Can you confirm which you have set as the System of Record? If you’re not sure, please see the documentation here: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-square/#section-8
If you are able, please share your sync settings from WooCommerce > Settings > Square and enable
Debug mode
there.Unlike WooCommerce, Square does not support multiple attributes. If you would like to sync multiple attributes from WooCommerce to Square, consider combining attributes into one product variation – for example, instead of a “color” attribute and a “size” attribute (e.g. black or blue and small or large), combine the two in your product variations (e.g. black-small, black-large, blue-small, blue-large).
To troubleshoot syncing issues, we recommend checking the following first:
1. Are SKUs set for your Square and WooCommerce products? This is how the plugin will match products between these systems.
2. Is the Square product assigned to the Location that’s configured in the plugin settings? This plugin only supports one Square Location, so if some products aren’t syncing as expected, double-check to ensure they are in the same Square Location as defined in the plugin settings. If nothing in the settings seems to be related to the issue, I’d recommend checking your WooCommerce logs for errors at WooCommerce > Status > Logs and sharing any related to Square that you find.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway] Device Data Not Being PassedHi there @rtd2018,
Thanks for reaching out!
Since the latest Woocommerce/Wordpress update the plugin no longer passes device data including IP to Braintree/Kount. How can this be resolved? Currently on WC 6.2.0 and WordPress 5.8.3 with PHP 7.4.27
It looks like you’re not quite on the latest version of WordPress (version 5.9). Are you able to update that to the latest version?
Once that’s done, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Finally, I’d like to have you enable debug mode for Braintree: WooCommerce > Settings > Payments and select either of the Braintree gateways.
Once that’s done, any errors will be logged in WooCommerce > Status > Logs (select files using the dropdown menu).
Can you also confirm if the issue occurs with both credit card and PayPal payments, or just one method?
Thanks!

Hi there @wurdpressuzer,
If you have WooCommerce as your System of Record, then inventory sync is automatic for any products for which you have it enabled.
The syncing is disabled for a product by default because many merchants will have Square for selling a limited subset of products, and only wish to sync those that are sold in both systems.
Once you have the products selected and enabled as desired, the process of inventory syncing is very much the simple automatic style you’re hoping for.
If your syncing is not working as expected, I recommend trying the recommended solutions here: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-square/#section-41
Let us know if you are still unable to get proper syncing using those methods.
Thanks!
