Thanks for bringing this to our attention again.
I have reached out to our development team and asked them to review that GitHub issue as well as the compliance with Facebook’s terms so we can get confirmation there.
The documentation I can find for the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin confirms that disabling those transaction emails for only Facebook customers is not an intended feature of the plugin.
While not confirmed as a bug at this point, I can certainly agree that we’d like to avoid a potential gap between Facebook’s requirements and the plugins features.
I will update you as soon as I have more information to share.

There are many configuration steps which must be completed in both WooCommerce and Google Merchant Center – the setup process is not automated and the Google Listings & Ads only facilitates linking a product feed to your Google Merchant Center account.
In order to sync your WooCommerce store with Google and begin showcasing your products online, you will need to complete the following steps within your Google Listings & Ads setup:
- Set up your accounts
- Choose your audience
- Provide shipping information
- Ensure your store is running on a compatible PHP version
- Provide tax rate information (required for US only)

For your product data, each of the flagged issues has a few potential points to review:
– How to fix: Missing Value [shipping]
– About tax settings – this may be related to the option you chose during the Merchant Center account setup.

As Niklas details in their reply here, a fix for that checkout validation issue is expected to be released in February 2022.While I cannot comment on the effect any ongoing issues would have on the date when support for PayPal Checkout will end, I can certainly understand wanting to wait until those issues are fully resolved before making the switch.
I recommend staying tuned to that ongoing thread for future updates. If there are critical bugs preventing folks from upgrading to PayPal Payments as we draw nearer to the time of the planned ending for support of PayPal Checkout, please feel free to reach back out with any concerns.

It sounds like you may be having some issues related to Facebook for WooCommerce and excessive JavaScript runtimes.
Could you please also share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Can you provide any further details about where you see this message? Is it on a particular page, all pages, or under certain circumstances?

At the moment Instagram shopping/checkout support is not available. You can use Instagram Shopping if you need users to checkout from Instagram. (documentation)
With the Facebook for WooCommerce extension, you can link an Instagram Business Account to the Facebook account and then sync the products to the Facebook catalog. This Facebook catalog can be shared between Facebook and Instagram, but the account linked to this extension in WooCommerce is the Facebook account.

There is “data streams” option to choose from, as you can see here.
I believe the settings you’re looking for would be under Tracking Info > Data Collection. (It looks like that reference in our documentation is in need of an update.)
Let us know if you are not able to complete that setup checklist.
Does this mean putting my site on another theme and deactivate plugins and see if my next transactions will show up? This is not possible as I need my current theme and plugins to make my site function.
In order to avoid affecting your live site, you can set up a staging site, or use a plugin such as Check Conflicts to change themes and plugins for your IP address only.

Can you check your PHP logs for errors at WooCommerce > Status > Logs and let us know if you find any related to the specific crashes, WooCommerce Payments, or labeled

Without more information on what’s causing the issue on the main site, it’s not clear why a copy of the site would send in the default currency without any changes.
I would recommend following @wbrubaker’s recommendation above to test the main (live) site and determine if the issue lies with Google Listings & Ads (GLA) or with another plugin, this information will be an important first step to guide troubleshooting.
The goal is to check if GLA sends the products in EUR with a default theme (Storefront), and nothing active besides WooCommerce and GLA active.
Please give that a try and let us know what you find.

Removing the products and re-adding them could be achieved via export and import to make the process simple. I’d recommend trying a sync after export/deleting them, and then again after importing.
I also want to confirm that you were able to complete the full conflict test as @adamkheckler suggested previously.
The Check Conflicts plugin is a helpful way to do this.
