Thanks so much for getting back to me. I currently am using a masonry image gallery, and under the thumb link setting, I have it on affiliate link. I do have the affiliate url listed in the image settings and to open in new tab already. I also have the affiliate link on my “manage gallery” images in the affiliate link space provided. The only thing I don’t have is my lightbox option is not set on none. But when I went and changed the Lightbox setting to none, nothing changed on the post. Is it because I am using a masonry gallery?

Edited to add: It looks as though the sharing buttons at the bottom of my post are through Jetpack. All other sharing buttons within this work fine, with the exception of some pulling the wrong image, just Pinterest seems to be malfunctioning.
