I’ve deleted the additional notification from the database.

The problem right now it’s only in the backend.

I’ll open a support ticket as soon as I find which account I’ve used for that license (I have many clients account).

No Conflict cause i’ve switched off everything.

Stil no data in the email notification but it still send two copy of the message.

I have the latest version of all your plugin

I’ve tried to deactivate everything apart your plugin and the theme plugin and also tried on a different theme with no luck.

Same here and after update to 5.02 it still doesn’t show anything on the mail notification tab but it still send the notification.

The main problem is that i found the tab empty and i’ve set again the notification so now i can’t still see both and my form is sending two identical message at any submission.

I’ve also tried to switch back to the old version with no luck.

Please fix it ASAP!!

Hi Jasmine,It’s strange cause i see this in the dashboard and it also work but has i told you before it’s not working properly.

It’s more simple and i’ve found the answer by myself. To start over (you will loose everything you have done on the old plugin), there’s a reset button in the old plugin:

GDPR COOKIE NOTICE/SETTINGS/ADVANCED and then there’s a button DELETE SETTINGS AND RESET.
As soon as you push that button you’ll be moved to the brand new dashboard.

I’ve already moved to the new system and everything worked fine. You only need to know that the old shortcode (that i used in the footer to show revisit consent and a quick link to the privacy policy) are not working anymore, but they are covered with the build in system (that it’s branded and can be whitelabelled only with the pro version).

It was not an enhancement but my weekly nightmare.
Of course i’m not a developer and it’s impossible to follow all the process on your github.
All my client are mailing me about this issue (they all use the SD).
It will be great by your side to send us an hook to fix it, so you can still have this strange decision that adds an additional click to the workflow in the core and help who need to have the box open.

Fixed by using Plugin Organizer..now the plugin it’s active only for the user that have to use the QR Code Scanner and inactive for all the other roles..so goodbye WPBAKERY CONFLICT!

I’ve fixed it cause the main problem was not having a different attachment for each language, but having that field in the translation editor. I was able to add that field with the help of WPML Support Team.
You can reach them for having a full compatibility and be in they’re list of supported plugin (they are very collaborative).

Same problem here.
Disabled the plugin on all my website. I’ll follow the topic to know when it’s fixed.
