Same problem here with WPML.
I’ve translated everything in italian, apart from fields in the settings page with the insert text box.
It happened on another plugin i have used in the past and the WPML support asked me to told the plugin developers to contact them.
Maybe it can work also for you and your amazing plugin.
I’ll update you about what they’ll told me.

and sorry for the late reply but i was overbusy with a new project.
For the moment the old system is still working, so we are all waiting for your new version.
It’s a turning point for WC shipping system so maybe will need to set up everything from zero this time.In the meantime i’m doing a backup of everything.

i’ve solved the whole things.
The plug in show the rate chronologically, so i deleted all the rate and i re-inserted directly in the order i needed.
that’s all!

Just a quick update.
The guys at MAILPOET told me that the plug in it’s not able to work with
wp mail, so if you try to use this option with the function hack up here, the effect it’s a blank email.
The only working solutions is to change Newsletter plug in or to use the Sendgrid integration on MAILPOET.
That’s all.
