But I thought you were mentioned the index.php was in the wordpress file, where I did locate it in the wordpress folder. I don’t really mean that was in the web-root.
When I about to copy your php file in the notepad and want to save under wordpress, it said that similar file exist in the wordpress folder and ask me whether want it to be overwrite. As such I don’t know what to do with it.
By the way,does your web-root are refer to the Parent Directory?

I did go into this phpMyAmin to make sure that wp_options have the siteurl pointing towards : https://coachingtraveltrade.com and
blog address to : https://coachingtraveltrade.com/wordpress
but with nothing change when I reload the website at coachingtraveltrade.com it still the same.

And for the index.php file in the WordPress root folder, where should I begin your instrucion on “short and swee” process, is it immediate after the <?php ? because there are few sentece running immediate after <?php at index.php…

Since I don’t know the permalinks in Setting->Permalinks can I just FTP the index.php file to my hosting site instead?

How did you managed to solve this. Because I had the similar problem where I’ve changed the url and suddenly all my file become a “pale” html wording with nothing for me to edit (and no Dashboard everything).

Please help me with your “The third method” if possible. Many thanks..

I did follow the instructions but with no change of condition.
The problem was I had all the access and it show my blogport of hello world..in fact, whoever could help could just log-in from my site here at https://www.coachingtraveltrade.com/wordperss and you could see my problem, where I can’t go in any further.

Since not many people knowing how to solve this problem, the best solution is changing theme instead of wasting time.

I had try to log-in admin area, go to Settings/permalinks and try to look at the “structure” you were mentioned, but only see the “custom structure” with empty column waiting to be filled. And I don’t know what to fill either, so what should I do from there?

Many thanks for your help…but I’don’t know how to updating the permalinks, although I follow your click direction but nothing there for me to update.
Would you mind to elaborate more on that.
