In reply to: [Travel Agency] Featured image issueThank you for your answer.
In other words, I understand that the height of the uploaded image should be 540 or less in order to set the featured image on the post at the original ratio.
(The width is wide enough.)I was suffering from this issue so I’m glad I learned a way around it.
Thank you again.
I’m ashamed that I didn’t fully understand my ignorance.
Following your advice, I tried to disable all plugins from top to bottom.
But the work was soon over.I finally found out that the cause of the problem was the plugin “Async JavaScript”.
After disabling the plugin, the slider have been visible. You spent a lot of time on me because I focused on my subjective judgment.
Thank you for your best support.
Thanks for the suggestion.
I installed the plugin as advised and tried various things.
I’ve changed various versions of jQuery and jQuery Migrate (I’m not sure what “Migrate” means).
I tried jQuery 1.12.4., 2.2.4., 3.5.1. ,,, these versions and combinations of jQuery Migrate versions 1.12.4. , 3.5.1.
But … I couldn’t confirm the effect.
Now I’ve tried disabling suspicious plugins in previous versions of jQuery and trying a lot, but I’m still not getting the desired results.
Thank you for your kind advice.
I immediately tried some work with reference to your advice.
But unfortunately the problem hasn’t been solved yet (due to my incompetence).
I started the JS console as advised and found the following error description for owlCarousel.
Uncaught TypeError: jQuery (…). owlCarousel is not a function
at HTMLDocument. <Anonymous>I also found some other error descriptions (I don’t know the relevance to the problem).
I don’t know how to find a solution from these descriptions.
I also checked “DOMContentLoaded event” and updated the slider as advised.
Unfortunately … I couldn’t find any changes in the display.
I’ve tried temporarily disabling some other “suspicious” plugins, but as far as I’ve tried, they haven’t worked.
By the way, the version of WordPress on my site seems to be 5.5 (I don’t know if this has any important implications).
Is there anything I can still try?
Thank you for your kindness.

In reply to: [Travel Agency] Shortcodes don’t worked on “Pages”.Thank you for your response.
Shortcodes I want to make most successful is one generated by the Plugin called “WP Show Posts”.
Examples of the contents are as follows.
[wp_show_posts id=”value”]
My site URL is shown below.
https://matome-thunderx.lsv.jp
Please understand that the contents are shallow because they are being adjusted.
And the URL below is the Page with the issue.
https://matome-thunderx.lsv.jp/%e3%83%86%e3%82%b9%e3%83%88%e3%83%9a%e3%83%bc%e3%82%b8/
We can’t see anything there, but it shows the result of the Shortcode that isn’t reflected.
Please let me know if you need any other information.
Thank you.
