Hi there,
Confirmation emails can only be sent from the admin by the site owner three times. If you do not see the “Resend confirmation email” link, this is because the maximum number of resends has been exceeded. You will need to Trash and then Delete Permanently that subscriber, and have them sign-up again via your enrolment form if you wish for them to go through the confirmation process.

It looks like this issue is related to WooCommerce email customization. Could you try downgrading MailPoet to version 4.55.0 for now while waiting for a fix? You can select the version and download it from the bottom of this page: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/mailpoet/advanced/

Can you try removing the hello.php plugin completely? If you can’t do this from the frontend, please delete it from the /wp-content/plugins/ directory via the FTP connection.
Have you updated the site url and WordPress url recently? If so, can you try reuploading the video? Can you also share the site url?

It seems that there might be a conflict issue on your site which might be caused by a plugin or the theme.
Can you try disabling the “AddFunc Header & Footer Code” plugin and see if that helps bringing the plugins back?
If that doesn’t work, you could try installing the Check Conflicts plugin to disable all plugins and enable a default Twenty Twenty theme to see if that brings the plugin list back.
