Thanks for your reply. I’m looking for where to hook in to Woocommerce and multiply these amounts by the exchange rate, if that’s possible by adding an action. I assume this would be in two different places: first, when a product is being created or updated through the API (so, after the product data is received but before it is saved to the database); and second, after the shipping fee for a cart has been received but before it’s displayed to the customer.

Thank you so much for the quick reply. Your request to specify the download method prompted me to compare the redirect method I was attempting to use against X-Sendfile. I enabled X-Sendfile and immediately files were downloading successfully. Since this is a better and cleaner method, I consider it resolved from my point of view.

As for the original issue, I was never able to find it. Hopefully it doesn’t pop up in a new context!
