We had tried and test successfully as your introduction.
And I think that the remaining issues are its working with pagecache and security plugins, captcha functionality to become a perfect plugin

and there is an point that need your introduction, for example:
If you assigned an user as a staff.
How about if the staff supports for customer, and then out of work? or move to another department without continuing support functionality?
I think that you should add the function that can remove an agent in list without deleting all what they done in ticket

I have tried to find out the reason and see that It seem to conflict with cache plugin (W3 total,Wp-optimize…) and security plugin
Please try your test site with any pagecache plugin, you will see it.
Hope that it could be fixed and updated in soon time

We already have checked as your introduction and find out the reason, it conficts with w3 total cache plugin. It is now working but there are something that I think that you should continue upgrading it such as:
- Agent Roles: When you add a new role to an agent. Agent have both admin role and new role, agent has permissions more than admin??? I think it is incorrect
- When add new agent, why I can not remove ? it exists forever? incorrect
So I have to disable the “agent role” setting
