Oops, sorry this was google merchant centre altering the prices for some reason, not the plugin.
Thank you ??
Apologies should have said we have ENABLED the WP cron to get your plugin to work (define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, false);)
This has had a knock-on effect of really slowing down the server time as multiple cron jobs are running.
The server people suggested setting up an external cron job via the server instead and disabling the WP_CRON to reduce the number of total crashes we are seeing.
We just wondered if this is possible in any way
Thank you
Hi Eva
Thank you
What we see does not look the same as your screenshot.
We select country UNITED KINGDOM, wait for the list to load but we have no fruugo.co.uk on there, only fruugo.com which may be where the issue is?
Fruugo.co.uk specification definitely exists as we found the file for it on the server but the option to load it is not in the drop down menu.
Just realised – the blank rows are gone but the GTIN field which was populated from a custom field of google_barcode now just returns the word “yes” rather than the actual contents of the field which was the barcode.
Any idea how to resolve this as our google feed has now just disapproved all our products.
Hi,
This has fixed perfectly, thank you!
Many thanks
Hi
Manomano have advised your “Product name mother product” is working fine for parent product names but is also filling the Product name mother product field for simple products (which should apparently be blank for their feed file specification). Is there any way to edit this using filters on the feed?
Thanks
Hi Eva
Screenshot sent through both of the feed filters causing blank lines and other feed filters we are running which are working ok.
Incidentally the feed with the filters which are now generating blank lines was working perfectly until a while ago so whatever it is would be a recent change?
Thanks ??
Hi,
We just got this sorted – made a new field and copied data across.
Thanks for your help though, appreciated ??
When will your elite version be available to purchase please?
Thank you
Hi
We use WP-Lister and so have all the ean codes etc already stored for ebay and amazon.
On checking the field name for variable is variable_ebay_ean and the field name for simple is wpl_ebay_ean with a similar naming convention for amazon ean numbers.
Is there any way to get the plugin to pull from either one or the other depending if it is a simple or variable product please?
These appear perfectly as one field entitled ebay_ean when we export all products from woocommerce hence why we presumed these would be stored in the same place?
On your field mapping there is an option available for “ebay_ean” only? How on earth can we get it all in one place?
Any help very much appreciated, thank you.
Hi Eva
Brilliant support thank you, that works perfectly.
One last question – when we check the output file (we have the export variations slider turned on) all the variation products are in the list but none of the parent products are?
How can we get the parent products on the list too?
Thanks
Hi
Yes please, that would be amazingly helpful.
If our products vary by custom attribute (“style”) how would we map these variations on the feed?
Many thanks
Thank you,
The parent SKU is now fine if we can map to Item Group ID
However, Manomano specifically ask for “parent_title” as a distinct field – how can we get this one? They want separate parent_title and product name – they can’t be combined for their feed specification.
Hi
Yes, the release is now adding the variation names to the parent product.
The dash between the two seems to have vanished though
So whereas before it was “Parent Product – Child Product” it is now “Parent Product Child Product”.
How can we get the dash back in the middle to make the titles more readable?
Thank you
Hi Eva
ID: 2786 is one example
Do you want me to send you the actual feed file?
The problem is occurring in ALL feeds. These feeds were previously working absolutely fine (so I don’t think it is our configuration) and nothing else has changed, all of a sudden it started doing this after the last plugin update.
When we use the woocommerce export function to download lists of our products the variation names DO appear correctly on there – this issue appears localised to this plugin.
Thank you for your help
Hi Joris
I have sent this through to you now, many thanks
