Hi @maxence1502
I appreciate your patience while we looked into your support request. Currently our Stripe extension doesn’t support the custom rules created in Stripe to hide/show additional payment methods during checkout.
Please add your support request in https://woocommerce.com/feature-requests/stripe
If this feature is something you are looking to achieve urgently, we recommend using the Conditional Shipping and Payments extension.
Thanks for reaching out!
Please contact us via https://www.mailpoet.com/support/sales-pre-sales-questions/ and include a link to this thread.
We’ll be able to provide you with more information there.
Cheers!
I am sorry you are having trouble getting support from Blockify theme developers. Unfortunately, this is outside the scope of our support as we are not aware of how the theme works and the code behind it. The only people who can help you right now are the theme developers or a web developer who can help you with this project. Or you can look for a different theme with better support.
Best,
TeeDee
Hi @beths19
I understand you want to add the Email and the submit buttons in two columns to align it properly but you are not able to drag and drop the existing fields in the new columns that you created.
The reason why you are not able to do this is because the Email and the Button are both using full width. You can select each field, go to Styles on the right sidebar and turn off the full width. That way you will be able to drag and drop the fields in other columns.
Here is a screenshot for reference:

Hi @logologics
That is indeed an odd behavior as it shouldn’t change back to unconfirmed.
Can you please send us the following information to understand how your MailPoet is configured:
- Copy and paste the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info.
Hi @catcarter
I understand you have created the submit button using
Tahoma

Check if you have assigned the font correctly by editing the form and click the button:

Double check if there is any custom CSS for the font
Montserrat
in the form editor:Image Link: https://d.pr/i/lq7t7o
If problem persists, send us the screenshot of how the font is assigned on your site to have a better visual idea of how it is configured.

Hi @gongonzo
I’m not quite sure if I understand the problem. Do you mean in MailPoet > Subscribers you see people status as unsubscribed who are your WooCommerce customers?
If that is correct and you want to change their status to subscribed, go to MailPoet > Settings > WooCommerce tab:
Image Link: https://d.pr/i/EqWTCQ
By checking the “Subscribe old WooCommerce customers” option, customers will be listed as “Subscribed”. Then go to?MailPoet > Lists?and force sync the WooCommerce Customers list.
Let us know how that goes.
Hi @webtank
I will be happy to look into your problem with MailPoet.
Can you please send us the following information:
- A screenshot of the MailPoet > Help > System Status page. Please ensure to capture the whole page or make several screenshots.
- Copy and paste the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info.
I see. Can you send us a screenshot of how the WooCommerce customer list in MailPoet > Subscriptions > WooCommerce Customer looks? You can blur out the email address of the customers.
Can you please send us the following information:
- Copy and paste the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info.
Hello @princejammy,
To assist you further, could you please confirm if the “Subscribe old WooCommerce customers” option in MailPoet > Settings > WooCommerce is currently checked? If it is, I recommend unchecking this option and then going to MailPoet > Lists to force sync the WooCommerce Customers list. This should change the status to unsubscribed. Kindly check if these changes make any differences in how the customer list is handled.
If the issue persists, could you please send us the following information: Copy and paste the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info.
Looking forward to resolving this issue for you!
Hi @kthoven,
I understand you are having trouble with the MailPoet sending speed.
Can you please send us the following information:
- Copy and paste the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info.
Best,
If you cannot delete a subscriber, it means they’re probably added to the WordPress Users list or the WooCommerce Customers list.
WordPress Users should be deleted as a User by going to the WordPress dashboard > Users page.
Customers added to the WooCommerce Customers list can not be removed from this list or from the MailPoet plugin, unless you delete their order from the WooCommerce plugin.
They can be marked as “Unsubscribed” though.
Let us know if that works or if you need further assistance.
Sincere apologies for the delayed response. We are currently undergoing a transition in our support structure to enhance our customer service quality. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.
I understand your automated email is being cut off from top and bottom of the email. Can you tell us if this behavior only exists with one automated email or do you notice this behavior with other emails from MailPoet? Did you also try to use a different webbrowser to see if that makes any differences?
Can you please send us the following information:
- Copy and paste the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info.
