Antispam, Backup Buddy, EWWW Image Optimizer, Imsanity, Force Regenerate Thumbnails, Google Pagespeed Insights, Jetpack, Limit Login Attempts, Pinterest Follow Button (just deactivated that, though), Widget Shortcode, WordPress Importer, WordPress SEO.

I just installed and activated Advanced Ads yesterday, because it allows me to place ads in more than one spot on the mobile theme, and it helped me place an ad in the top section of my posts on the desktop version. I won’t be using Jetpack Mobile Ads anymore, since Advanced Ads does what I need. The list of plugins I gave you above are the ones that were active when the mobile ads disappeared (about a month ago I think).

I tried that, but got the same message. It had worked fine up until about a month ago. Well, mostly fine, but I still wasn’t getting an ad on the home page.

I’m sorry, for bugging you with my last message. I just read through more of the support threads and noticed that others are having the same issue. I’ll try some of your suggestions. No need to respond. I may switch to a plugin that has a few more options in terms of ad placement.

You’ve been very helpful with some other threads of mine, thanks! I’m having trouble still getting the ads to show up anywhere other than the home page on the mobile theme. In the “Show Ads On” section of the Mobile Ads Settings it says this:

It was still happening, even with the Jetpack “Pin-it” disabled. I’m guessing it’s a Pinterest issue, or maybe something else on my site.

I actually just installed that other Pin-it button plug in the other day, which was after I had noticed the problem.

Since I do have the “Pin-it” button on each of the images I will try removing it from the Jetpack Share for a few days. Then I’ll monitor it and let you know how it goes.

Thanks. You know, I actually think the issue was with the header cleaner plugin I had tried. I wanted to say that here, to make sure people know it was not W3 Total Cache. I tried running the header cleaner again when I reset up my theme and all was lost again! It turned out for the better, though, because I went for a whole new look that is much better.

Yah, it’s active. The plugin workes well, as long as someone isn’t on the home page, so I think I’ll just be happy with that. The home page only shows excerpts, anyways.

I had some trouble with the caching stuff last week and don’t really want to mess with it, honestly! I ended up losing a LOT of pictures from posts!

Thanks! It seems to be working better on the newer theme now (Pinboard). It still doesn’t work on the home page, though. Do you know how I get the Mobile Theme to show up consistently there, if the caching thing is the issue?
