Hi @paveldohnal
You are a legend. Deleteing those files worked and Mailpoet is working again on my site. Thank you & @guicmazeredo for all your help and perseverance in finding and resolving my issue.
I will update when the next version comes through and hopefully it won’t happen again.I have updated Mailpoet to version 3.73.2 and am still getting the error on all menu selections. My WordPress version has also updated to 5.8.2

I won’t replay to your message on post https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/observation-after-updating-wordpress/#post-15032990 because it is the same as this error.
Hi @treibalen
I have just updated both WordPress 5.8.1 and MailPoet 3.72.0. I am too getting this error “More than one result was found for query although one row or none was expected.”Have reinstalled the plugin and still getting this error.
I installed the Query Monitor but have no idea how to read what is happening. I have taken a screenshot of the Query but still no idea

This was working last month so I have no idea why it has stopped. Hope you can help.

Update. It seems to have been resolved after the last update to Version 1.8.3.2. I didn’t remove any other plugins to make the Manage Datbase screen work. I can now set up our new online registration form for the 2019 Field Hockey season.
@xnau thanks for the continual updates of this plug in.Hi
I’m getting close because I don’t get the 404 anymore just a blank screen. The issue is the 2 plugins I have deactivated are key to my website. They are
MailPoet 3
Event Calendar WD
See attachedI will keep investigating but if I can’t get it to work I will have to use another database

Thanks for the response. I have loaded a few lately so I will have to systemically deactive them to see which one is causing the problem. Will let you know my results.
@mattyrob
Thanks. All good now I created another page and the unsubscribe process works. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction ??@mattyrob
The default page is the news page where all the posts are posted. https://www.tigers.asn.au/club-news/
I assumed this page was to be set at the page where the post are posted for the emails to work?@mattyrob
Thanks for that the ID got the process rolling and the unsubscribe email was sent. When we clicked on the link it returned the news page again it changed all the news headings to “Unsubscription Confirmation”. If you click on the links it opens the news story. This is bizarre.
Here is the link that confirms the unsubscribe.

P.S. the email was unsubscribed.Thanks
Thanks. I will try that plugin.
