Yes, the plugin is working. However, it is not updated due to some other priorities. We have a plan to update it in the near future.

The plugin uses Aspose.Words Cloud API for the conversion. It only supports images from associated cloud storage or publicly accessible URLs.

I am afraid the plugin is working fine on my side. Please share your WordPress and PHP versions, along with some more details of the error(log). We will try to replicate it and investigate it accordingly.

Can you check and update the plugin just to remove the message about
“This plugin?hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress”

We have plans to release a new version of the plugin and will address this issue as well.

I have tested the plugin with PHP 8.0.10 and WP 6.2 without any issue. It seems some conflict with other plugins on your site. Can you please share the complete error log?

I am unable to notice any issue while exporting posts using the latest version of Aspose.Words Cloud WordPress Plugin. Please ensure you are using the latest version of the plugin. As another option, you may enable background exports and export individual posts from posts lists using the download button.

Also, is it possible to specify which additional fields to export?

Please check the settings page of the plugin; it provides some options to include parts of the post in the exported document. If it does not fulfil your requirements, then please share some more details of your requirements. We will look into these and guide you accordingly.

We have tested our plugin with some third-party site builders and it works fine.

Make sure that you enable background exports and export individual posts from posts lists using the download button.

Please note that bulk imports are not supported. So you need to edit/create posts on the admin panel and import each document separately into the posts.

I have tested the scenario by importing a Word file using ‘Import from Media Gallery’ option and am unable to notice the tags in the title. We would appreciate it if you would please share your sample Word file to reproduce the issue.
