Please ensure you are using the latest version(6.3.1) of the plugin and enabled ” Pre-process shortcodes before exporting document” option in the plugin setting page. Hopefully, it will resolve the issue. Otherwise, please share a sample Page code(HTML Code). We will investigate the issue and will update you accordingly.
Please delete the plugin and then reinstall and activate it. Hopefully, it will resolve the issue. Otherwise, kindly enable debugging and share the complete error log along with the versions of your WordPress, PHP and Aspose.Words Plugin. We will investigate it further.

Please note after installing and activating Aspose.Words WordPress Plugin, you will notice an “Import from Media Gallery” button at the right bottom of the page while creating a new post/page. You can use it to import Word files into your new Page/Post.
First, import a DOCX file into a page or post and publish it. And to convert the post/page you need to select an existing post/page from the posts or pages page and use Export to Docs(Apose.Words) option from bulk action. Hopefully, it will help you to accomplish the task. Otherwise, please share some more details(screenshots) to reproduce the issue at our end.

The plugin is working fine with my WP version 5.9.3. Please make sure that you have activated the Aspose.Words WordPress plugin after installation.It looks like our plugin activator was down at that time. We will investigate the logs and will try to avoid this in the future. However, It is working fine now. Please try, it should work.
We have fixed the issue in the latest release, Aspose.Words 6.3.1 WordPress Plugin. You will notice the “Import from Media Gallery” option in Aspose.Words section from Post menu while creating new post/page.
Thanks for your request for the support of Right to Left Language in Aspose.Words Plugin. We will investigate and try to implement the feature as soon as possible.
Yes, we have noticed that the import feature is not working as expected. We are looking into the issue and will fix it in the upcoming release, which is due in a couple of weeks. Thanks for your patience.
Thanks for your feedback. We have tested the latest plugin version(6.2.0) on WordPress 5.8.1 with PHP 7.3 without any issue. Probably the plugin is conflicting with your web server configuration or some other plugin on your WordPress site. You may try the following two options:
1. Open
aspose-doc-exporter/plugin.php
file in a code editor and delete\Dotenv\Dotenv::createImmutable(__DIR__)->load();
line. Then try to activate the plugin.2. If the above change does not resolve the issue then please try to install our plugin on some other web server (maybe your own computer) and activate it. If our plugin works fine, start installing other plugins that you installed on your original website one by one to see which plugin is causing the conflict and share the information. We will try to investigate and fix the issue.`
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the Plugin. If you still face the issue then please share your PHP and WP versions for investigation.
