The plugin generated 94 characters of?unexpected output?during activation. If you notice “ headers already sent ” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.

I am using SpeedyCache I have now fix the issue by going to SpeedyCache menu then click Excludes. in Exclude page I then add new rule, make sure the drop down is set to contain and then in the empty text field type in the end of the link name. ( In my case wpbc-booking/ ) and then submit.
All done hope this helps someone one day.
