Variable Products Not Syncing Properly

  • Printful products are not syncing properly if they have variants. All the variable products in my Woocommerce store have no attributes and no variations showing when I try and edit them in the backend. However, I can see in the database that the product variations are there. We need this fixed ASAP as none of my variable products are purchasable because none of the attributes/variations show on the frontend.

    It looks like the _product_attributes meta field isn’t being updated.

    Is there an update on this? I also chatted with support the other day and they were supposed to relay it to the development team. I have not gotten a response.

    I’m having the same problem. I agree with you, we need this fixed ASAP.

    Printful got back to me via email and told me I’m pretty much screwed. They blamed it on a Woocommerce update and said there is nothing they can do.
