I have the same problem too.
I have temporarily resolved this by reverting to version 1.3.2. Thanks to jaylj for the link.Deleting the duplicate folder, re-zipping and installing via upload solves the problem on all steps.
Thanks very much for your help.

Thanks for the advice. It worked OK on one site, but not others. Some errors received include:
Installation failed: Could not copy file. updraftplus/vendor/symfony/process/ProcessBuilder.php
Update Failed: Could not copy file. updraftplus/vendor/symfony/process/Pipes/WindowsPipes.php
I notice that the file structure for updraftplus is unusual. You have a copy of the updraftplus folder contained within itself. Is this intentional?
Thanks
Tim
I have done some investigation and agree that the issue appears to be with the way time zones are handled in timespan_html. The timestamps returned by $this->start and $this->end are correct but do not get converted correctly.
This is a very good plugin but I also have a problem with the detailed view times. In calendar and agenda view times are correct, but on clicking “read more” either the start or end time is altered by two hours. For example, I have an event listed as 19:00 to 20:00. In detailed view it shows as 21:00 – 20:00. The start time is shown as two hours later.
I suspect this might have something with time zone settings but have no clear proof yet.
Any suggestions welcome
Thanks
Tim
