It’s not a paid extension

Until yesterday, the latest Graphina Pro was 1.4.6. It looks like someone updated it last night.

Also, the ZIP file containing the new Pro version refuses to install. I was able to manually extract and install it (and it does work), but you really ought to fix the packaging or people are not going to be able to install it

I have Pro and have not been able to get it to work, even working with their support team. I downgraded to WP 6.6.0 and it won’t activate with Graphina 2.0.0

It appears that Graphina is only compatible up to WP 6.6.0.

WP 6.6.1 came out about 10 days ago and my hosting service auto-upgraded me.

So, I downgraded WP back to 6.6.0 and Graphina 2.0.0 seems to work. However, when I activate my paid Graphina Pro plug-in, I get this:

Also, the failed activation of Graphina Pro deactivated Graphina.

I still could not get it to work so I switched from EasyWP to Bluehost and it works fine now, thanks.

There is no ability to turn caching off on or off. I explained the problem and their answer is that it works fine without the plugin, and therefore to talk to the plugin developer (you).

I have no caching plugins installed, and there is no configurable web hosting caching settings.
