In reply to: Visual Editor problem ( 2.6.3 )Hey I really appreciate the help,
I could not change my file permissions they stay the same no matter what I did, I called the hosting company Fasthosts and they told me it is not possible and I would have to move to a different package back up my database and re upload it.
I did tell them I was using wordpress in the first place so I am not that happy with them, What I do not understand is that It worked fine on 2.6.2 prior to going to 2.6.3.Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: 2.5 and TinyMCE not working in visual modeI would not worry if you could not find your cache as I have deleted mine and all works fine still no wysiwyg tools though.
With your wp-config file I put en.js in there and it works so it will read like this, define (‘WPLANG’, ‘en.js’); but still no tools I think that sugestion might work for some issues but not for me.
I am starting to have the assumption that there is either no one really has a clue about this issue or they are all at a coding convention some where in Iceland for the winter.
HELP PLEASE……

In reply to: WYSIWYG tools not showingI didn’t do anything and my visual looks exactly like timclark. How can we get the visual tools back? I need them desperately.
Hi Coupondivas,
This seems to be a subject where no response or real help is available I have tried to ask in different areas of the wordpress forum. I have not yet had one single person who has helped in any way shape or form.
I have tried most of the sugested solutions on the forums with no joy.
If any one solves this one for me there’s a reward…:)
