Since the false positive I’ve been checking the Malcare messages.
Under Vulnerabilities scanner it says to delete Twenty Twenty-Three since it’s inactive BUT this is the only standard WP theme and WordPress recommends keeping one there.

Under Vulnerabilities scanner it says to delete Beaver Builder theme which is the PARENT theme. Yes, it’s not active but it is the parent theme of the ACTIVE child theme. If people followed this advice, assuming the parent can be deleted (I’m not going to try it) then they could end up with issues.

Just thought I’d let you know since deleting the parent theme is not good advice.

    Regards,
    Karen
