Is there a fix to this? We are also having the same problem on our sites. Same error message, and the pages appear to still be optimized even after disabling the cache, Autoptimize, and Async JS.

I would have to wait hours before I can see my edits to the settings.

If I may add – it wasn’t an issue before, Divi and the plugin worked without problems. Although admittedly I’m not sure when it started. Probably with a previous update of either of the two?

Please keep me posted so I know if I should start looking at our options.

Hmmm… Aside from what I said in my previous post, I’m afraid I don’t have much to add. I only noticed the issue a few days ago as we have only used the plugin on a couple of pages.

We have some pages that have parents. Let’s say page-a is page-b’s parent. By default, the page will have this URL: example.com/page-a/page-b. We decided to get rid of /page-a in the URL but still keep it as a parent (for the purpose of breadcrumbs) so we used your plugin to turn it into just example.com/page-b. It’s all great but I noticed that every time I save the page, it goes back to the default slug (/page-a/page-b). To use the new one again, I will have to edit it once more and save it.

I also already cleared the cache and reset the permalinks setting but it’s still the same. :\

This issue persists on our site as well. Any solutions to this? I don’t use any other permalink plugin but Yoast would be the closest to one since it needs the permalinks to create a sitemap. Not sure if that’s of any help though.

I did what you said and the settings are correct, and the status say “CACHED”. Then warning is different this time though:

“SG Optimizer: You website doesn’t run on the recommended by SiteGround PHP version.”

Do I need to worry about this and upgrade to PHP 7, or can I just ignore it?

I’m having this issue as well. PageSpeed is referring to this file: //netdna.bootstrapcdn.com/font-awesome/4.1.0/css/font-awesome.min.css, I wonder how I can resolve it. :\

Thanks for the reply. The problem is that no one is getting through the questions (Replied OK / Wrong: 0 / 9962) but I still see new accounts in the admin area. If I see 2 new accounts in there, I should see Replied OK / Wrong: 2 / 9962 below the question, right? :\

Just in case somebody else encounters this issue: the actual plugin is inside another folder. That’s why it doesn’t activate.

Extract the zip file, and the folder you want is Jigoshop-Easy-Print-Button (take note of the capitalized letters). Zip that up, and upload it.
