That is a very interesting idea to have the link back to the report on the order page. Until something like that is in place, you could also CMD+click on a Mac or on Windows, right mouse click and open in new tab to help out.

Does the new tax report help you at all with this process? It would be possible to have an extension add in an order’s shipping postal code to the orders report.

Hello @jimmysurprenant – the plugin utilizes ActionScheduler to perform the import of historical data. It sounds like your store had a large number of orders and customers to import. If the jobs are showing as completed, then your server load should return to normal.

Hello @creative024 and @harryfear – I just wanted to let you know that Shop Managers can now access all WooCommerce Admin functionality as of the latest v0.13.0 release.

@fencer04 also the latest version of the plugin will clean up all data created when deactivated/removed.

@energyfreak sorry you experienced issues with the plugin. From the description of your problem it sounds like you were experiencing the endless loop on the wp-admin default dashboard page? If so WooCommerce Admin does not load any code on that view, so not sure if it would be causing that problem.

Possibly if you had started a large import of historical data, that could have increased the load on your server which could have led to the site not responding as quickly.

What version of WooCommerce / WordPress were you running when experiencing this?

As of v0.13.0 Shop Managers will be able to access Analytics. I’m going to mark this thread as resolved but please feel free to re-open if you still are experiencing issues.

@danielmoorehbd thanks for the report – by chance have you been able to verify that low stock emails are now working for you?

@etasigroup just to confirm, when you visit /wp-json on your site, a fatal is happening regardless of which namespace? ( Yoast, Jetpack etc. )

If you disable WooCommerce Admin does wp-json no longer fatal?

@peterricci apologies again that you encountered this issue. We have a fix that went out in the latest release ( v0.13.0 ) that should remedy the problem described.

@palerider001 so sorry you encountered issues with the plugin. So it sounds like an issue is happening even when WooCommerce Admin is not installed? If so I would try to discover the root cause by looking at your error logs and/or disabling plugins one at a time until the problem goes away.
