Hello,
Thank you for reaching out. Currently This is not possible with our current set-up of recurring Events. However, We do have plans in the future to change how recurring events would work.

Hello,
Could We perhaps confirm that the issue has been fixed after you’re update to the latest 5.9.11.3 version?
Hello,
Sorry for the very late response. I have forwarded this to our Developers and I’ll let you know when I receive a response.
Hello,
Sorry for the very late response. If you’re using Events Manager, They would automatically be registered and have an account after booking to an Event.
The Event Booking Form would Act as the registration for your Website.
Additionally, using EM, there’s an option to show the Login Form by going to Events > Settings > Bookings > Booking Form Options > Display Login Form = YES
If you however still want to create a separate Registration Form, You can use or check plugins like: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/user-registration/
Please do note that creating a custom registration form won’t make the users registered to an Event. They would only have an account to your Site. A user would need to Fill-out the Booking Form in order for them to be registered on event.

Hello,
Sorry for the very late response. Is there any specific way to replicate the issue?
I have tried using the following shortcode and mixture of the placeholder that you mentioned. So far I don’t encounter any issue
Here are some screenshots

2. https://take.ms/qkGCX
3. https://take.ms/gvTjX
4. https://take.ms/fLN3LIf you still encounter the issue, Can you perhaps try the following to test for a possible plugin or theme conflict?
1. Make sure you’re using the latest EM and EM Pro Version
2. Make sure your using at least PHP 7.0 or higher
3. To minimize possible plugin/theme conflict, Could you perhaps try and Install WP Safe Mode (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-safe-mode/)
– Activate and Enable Safe Mode. Please make sure that on the settings a twenty series theme is selected.
– When activated it would help you test as if the Website only plugin activated is EM and twentyseries theme
– After making sure that its working properly, You could start adding additional plugin on the list that is activated and test again until you see which plugin is causing the issueForum: Plugins

Sorry for the very late response. Events Manager is 100% compatible with PHP 7.X versions.
Can you perhaps confirm that you’re using the latest WordPress and Events Manager versions?
Additionally, If you still encounter any issues, I would suggest performing some diagnostics.

Sorry for the very late response. Currently it can only be done with custom development or by modifying your theme.
However, Currently We’re only very limited in terms of custom development https://eventsmanagerpro.com/support-policy/

Hello,
Sorry for the late response. If a user is editing a Recurring Event. There should be a BIG message at the Top of the Page and they first need to detach a Recurring Event before being edited.
What I would recommend is showing showing some Video or Screencast to your customers that explains the difference of the two.
