In reply to: [Easy Facebook Feed] How to move from free to paidNo problem. If you login on your account on the Easy Facebook Feed website you can go to My Account in the top right corner. There you can click the tab View Downloads, in that tab you can find the download link.

In reply to: [Easy Facebook Feed] How to move from free to paidHi, thanks for buying the pro version. The pro version is a extension of the free version, therefore you need to have them both installed and active. When active you will get automaticly the improved footer in post panels and a pro tab in the EFF admin settings menu where you can customize the panel appearance.

In reply to: [Easy Facebook Feed] Not working/ no instructionsAlright, thats more like it. I see you are using sicily.b.fiennes as Facebook ID which is apparently a username. I Googled your page name and found this Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/theclimatechangecollective. I’m not sure if it’s the right one but if it is, the Facebook ID you need will be theclimatechangecollective (it is simple the last part of the url).
So if you replace sicily.b.fiennes for theclimatechangecollective on in the Easy facebook feed settings page in the Facebook ID input field it will work.

In reply to: [Easy Facebook Feed] Not working/ no instructionsThanks, I have found a bug that caused this error when the Facebook api returns an unexpected value. When you update this plugin to version 3.0.14 it should give a more readable message about what is going wrong instead of php errors.

In reply to: [Easy Facebook Feed] Not Showing Latest FeedsHi,
Sorry for the late response. Did you try refreshing the cache of Easy Facebook Feed? You can find the refresh cache option on the EFF settings page.
If that doesn’t work. Are there any other cache plugins active? One of the possibilities is that another plugin is preventing EFF from refreshing its cache.

I see you are using Easy Facebook Feed on https://www.janefoundation.org/our-facebook-page but the widget you are using on https://www.janefoundation.org/our-staff-2 is a different plugin.@paatus
Can you show me a post where that happens?
