Thanks Nick for getting back to me. While waiting for your response, I tried to add a new access plan into the same course. That works perfectly without having done any of the above mentioned instructions. I can turn on and off the sale and add in the date without any issues. I can make all various text changes in the plan description too.
So my question now is how would I migrate or move students onto the newly created plan that is working? Will there data be lost if I delete the old plan that is not saving? It is only the 1 year plan which is a once off and manual payment. I didn’t have enrollments in the monthly or 6 month plan so I created new ones and deleted the non working ones.
It appears to me to be quicker to solve this issue this way as I am not a developer and struggling to do all your recommendations.
The last time I deactivated all the plugins it made no difference. I am worried about switching my theme to see if that is the issue (don’t want to mess up any settings). My wordpress version is automatically updated to the latest one.
I did discover the grammarly in chrome and removed it, that also makes no difference.

Nick, I did email your company. I got a reply from Nadia telling me to come to the forum as I have the free version of Lifter LMS. Even though I did clearly explain in the email, that it was your request from the forum. So, it looks like it is impossible for emails to reach you.

In reply to: [Disable Gutenberg] Stuck in GutenbergI don’t know how to repeat the issue, as I don’t know what is causing it. I have recorded a video for Lifter LMS showing them the issue of not being able to save. But in it you can see my page is now stuck in the Gutenberg version of the classic plugin.
So for Classic plugin all I did was deactivate it then tested to see if the page will save which was then showing as Gutenberg, and then reactivated the plugin. After reactivation it is still looking like Gutenberg and not normal Classic editor. It is only happening on the page.

In reply to: [Disable Gutenberg] Stuck in GutenbergThought I would mention the issue I am having as well. In my LifterLMS course plugin I am unable to save any changes in the editor. Some think it is a conflict with the classic editor styling and that was the reason I deactivated it.
The way I understand this issue, is if there was a conflict from the theme or a plugin, then surely all courses will show the same issue?
It is only happening on this one course page. My other ones are allowing changes to be saved.

But restoring would of lost all the other work I made after I had discovered that the people were missing. I had made sure before I deactivated and deleted the plugin that I had added the people into my LifterLMS – which is the new membership/course plugin I had just added. But unfortunately that did not help to keep them. I think there may have been conflict between your membership and LifterLMS membership programs running along each other. But I have already successfully installed and converted all my content from your membership into LifterLMS as a course.

I am not a developer, so I do not understand the reference to github about the errors. I am also not sure how to check for javascript errors or conflicts. Or how to fix them if they exist.
I don’t think the latest wordpress update caused the problem, but these are changes I made.
After installation I renamed the tracker page.
Most recent change was: I had all modules in sub-menu style and then changed back to all under the tracker page as the parent.
Yesterday the tracker page decided not to show table of contents on it -only the title (logged in as a member). It was showing the day before. But does show all in my own admin preview.
I am using Simple WordPress Membership plugin.Thanks for your help.

Tina@wfdave – please help! I have to unblock countries – it is hurting marketing of my site with google. I am unable to afford to upgrade to the paid version. There must be a way to stop wordfence from blocking countries. Does anyone have a simple solution for me. I am not a developer either so I have limited knowledge on these things.

I am still waiting for a response. Any help at all will be great. I deleted all the IP’s that were blocked. Does this help to unblock countries. Please can you respond.
