I had a wordpress guy figure it out for me. it’s odd, it’s my laptop but he has no idea why.
He made my categories be child to the parent and showed me how to do it. I tried it and my laptop won’t do it. so i called him, he logged in and did it for me no problem, so i tried again, and nope, my laptop won’t allow me to drag the category to the right under the parent and make it a child.
