The only thing I have figured out is that our webpage is on amazon AWS server, is that what you are referring to?

The webhost says that they do not have the log on information to the WordPress page. They said that we made the page ourself and they cannot help us.

Thanks for the tip. The person in the association who pays the web hosting company does not have any more information than me. We have however changed web hosting companies, so if I understand you correctly it may have something to do with this change. I’ll contact them to see if this has anything to do with it and if they can help restoring access.

Hi,

I’m not quite sure what you mean by webmaster. The website is maintained on a voluntary basis by residents of the housing association. The login information has therefore been shared with whomever has taken on this responsibility at any given time. At the moment I am the one that is maintaining the page, and I’ve been using the same password and username the whole time. I am confident I have the correct login information but when I enter it I am told that there is no account with that e-mail or username.

The link just shows different news-postings with of practical information for the residents (in Norwegian). Unfortunately it does not provide any information about who or how we can find info about the web page.

I should add that the last post dated 10.11.22 was made by me. I made that post and some changes to the page called “kontaktinformasjon”, after logging out I was never able to log back inn.
