I’m still noticing this bug in Version 1.14.12.1.
Any updates?
Thanks!

In reply to: [NS Cloner - Site Copier] Can a clone be the default at wp-signup.php?Thanks much for the reply while we consider purchasing. We understand there’s no “try before you buy” so we were looking over the terms on your site, right down to “understand that this is a reasonable way for human beings to interact.” Indeed! ??

In reply to: [Pixel Caffeine] Plugin not working@antoscarface, here’s a screenshot from @johnmiller2002’s website if it helps:
I agree it’s great you have a free version, and we fully intended to purchase Premium. What’s not so great is when the free version breaks something major and there’s no timely free support.
In our case it broke our entire multi-site, and we couldn’t get a timely response (in over one week for one ticket). We finally fixed it on our own, but it left us doubtful about how compatible Wordfence is with WordPress multi-sites.
I suspect the only reason I finally received a response to one of my tickets is because I left this review.
That it’s a free product is hardly justification for the lack of support, especially when we fully intended to purchase your premium version prior to our support experience.
Just for the record, we followed the instructions to remove Wordfence precisely as you mentioned. Also, we did not try to optimize the firewall, but left it in learning mode.
We’ve since moved on to another security product that supports multi-site out of the box. Thanks for your response nonetheless.
I have to agree. Wordfence breaks multi-site installations and their support for multi-sites is non-existent. All despite Wordfence claiming that it works with multi-site installations. To date I’ve submitted two tickets here about Wordfence creating HTTP 500 errors and incomplete uninstalls, and no one from Wordfence has responded.
I’m bumping this because I haven’t had a reply from Wordfence in over four days.
To summarize: When trying to remove Wordfence, we had HTTP 500 errors and it wasn’t a clean uninstall. Now we see this in plugins, but as you can see no checkbox to remove:
Please advise how to rid our database of all Wordfence files.
We were eager to purchase Premium despite these issues but the lack of timely support has left us discouraged.
Thanks.
