Well, you are displaying product subcategories before the products loops… this is a Lambda theme feature or a custom implementing feature?

You can also try disabling all plugins (but WooCommerce and PWB)

You′re including file incorretly.

I suggest you to move class-custom-pwb-secondary-description.php inside your theme, for example wp-content/themes/themename/inc.

Then you can include it from functions.php:
include 'inc/class-custom-pwb-secondary-description.php';

Of course your brand url′s are being indexed by google.
