Tobias, YOU ARE THE MAN! See? I knew you would know the answer to this. The tables are correct now. I am guessing that the theme css over-wrote the plugin css, yes? Much appreciated, brother. Sending some PayPal love.

Oh, I forgot to add that I am using the CITYGOV theme from Themeforest running as a child theme.

I ended up ‘bulk’ out of stock for my items to prevent new orders while I updated the credit card processing service.

    Marcello8080,

    Siete i benvenuti!

I will tell you that some people have reported that the permalinks get corrupt again after a few days but that is generally due to the plugin that is not compatible. You might want to try a different multi-language plugin to see if it helps. Just remember to disable Polylang first during testing.

Oh how I love Italy! Although, I am 100% Sicillian on my mother’s side… my father messed me up being 100% Polish. So, my friends call me the ‘Pollock-Wap’! Haaa! One day I will make it to Caligaria or the coast to enjoy it’s beauty.

So glad my fix worked for you.

    Ciao!

    Marcello8080,

Guess what? I was able to solve my own problem on Friday! Keep in mind that my site is hosted locally… not by a service like iPage or GoBabyDaddy. I run the city site off of Win server 2012 R2 with IIS 7.5, PHP 5.6.9, PHPMyAdmin 4.4.8.

This is what fixed the problem for me:

In WordPress, disabled all plugins and changed Permalinks to DEFAULT (/?=123)
In IIS, turned OFF Fast Caching then restarted IIS
In IIS, turned back on Fast Caching
In WordPress, changed permalinks BACK to the desired format (for me it was by Post Name)
In WordPress, enable whatever plugins you wanted back.

Not sure if this will work for you or not, but I wanted to follow-up with you about it… but you got to me first! That makes you the winner! ??

    Same here!
On WP 4.3 and I thought that I had this permalink pinned down to the User Access Manager plugin, but our site links keep redirecting to the HOME page when permalinks are set to use post names. All was Shiny until the 4.3 update. I started with the permalinks set to ‘post name’ and we have many static links to those pages, therefore I can’t just change the permalink setting to default using the ?=123 convention. Please, someone chime in on this for us as there are LOTS of webmasters out here experiencing the same issue with this update.

    Thanks,
    Jack

    Hola’ from Coastal NC!

When your plugin asks to backup the UAM database, is it talking about the whole WP database? I use PhPMyAdmin and I only see my site DB, the info and performance schema, MySQL DB and the PhPMyAdmin DB. I would like to back it up before I update the DB that it is asking me to do in case I experience issues like our other friends above.

Also, I would really love to bounce some simple questions off of you when you have time regarding using departmental groups to manage their pages only. I have the groups set up and selected on each of their pages, but my Police Dept group can change pages assigned to our Public Services group. I am doing something stupid, I am sure. Just need a bit of guy-dense. Can we do email? It’s much faster for me to respond.
    Thanks, man.

I, too, would like to see reoccurring events. We need a plugin that EMS students can sign up to ride-a-long with our ambulances. We take reservations every day but there can’t be more than two riders in any day. If we could create an event that occurrs every day with a max of two participants each day, then we will be very happy!

    Thanks
