Hi, Lisa. Thanks for the reply. I was hoping there would be some general WordPress knowledge about using parallax images here. Unfortunately, I am no longer a premium member with Kadence, plus I can get the parallax call to action to work sometimes so I thought it might not be a theme issue. I just don’t know enough about parallax images or how to adjust their settings.

I can reach out to Kadence, though. Maybe they can help, too.

Thanks, bcworkz. You have clearly delineated how far in over my head I am. LOL. I guess I’ll start working my way through each post. In the future, I will be sure to attach media files I upload. This whole thing just became a lot more tedious, and that makes Wix look really good. LOL.

Thanks. I feel like I’m getting closer. I found the wpdn_postmeta connection object, but noticed it was not “wpdb.” Does this still work? Here’s what I get when I look at meta_value:

    a:5:{s:5:"width";i:2448;s:6:"height";i:3264;s:4:"file";s:18:"2014/05/image1.jpg";s:5:"sizes";a:5:{s:9:"thumbnail";a:4:{s:4:"file";s:18:"image1-150x150.jpg";s:5:"width";i:150;s:6:"height";i:150;s:9:"mime-type";s:10:"image/jpeg";}s:6:"medium";a:4:{s:4:"file";s:18:"image1-225x300.jpg";s:5:"width";i:225;s:6:"height";i:300;s:9:"mime-type";s:10:"image/jpeg";}s:12:"medium_large";a:4:{s:4:"file";s:19:"image1-768x1024.jpg";s:5:"width";i:768;s:6:"height";i:1024;s:9:"mime-type";s:10:"image/jpeg";}s:5:"large";a:4:{s:4:"file";s:19:"image1-768x1024.jpg";s:5:"width";i:768;s:6:"height";i:1024;s:9:"mime-type";s:10:"image/jpeg";}s:14:"post-thumbnail";a:4:{s:4:"file";s:20:"image1-1200x1600.jpg";s:5:"width";i:1200;s:6:"height";i:1600;s:9:"mime-type";s:10:"image/jpeg";}}s:10:"image_meta";a:12:{s:8:"aperture";s:1:"0";s:6:"credit";s:0:"";s:6:"camera";s:0:"";s:7:"caption";s:0:"";s:17:"created_timestamp";s:1:"0";s:9:"copyright";s:0:"";s:12:"focal_length";s:1:"0";s:3:"iso";s:1:"0";s:13:"shutter_speed";s:1:"0";s:5:"title";s:0:"";s:11:"orientation";s:1:"1";s:8:"keywords";a:0:{}}}

Does this make any sense to you? LOL. Still not quite sure how to tell if it’s attached or used anywhere.

Thanks for this explanation, @bcworkz. Can you tell me how to locate my wp_postmeta table? I can’t seem to find the info on Google.

Better filtering and sorting all around would be nice. I am trying to delete unused media, but the “Unattached” filter is too specific. It shows me everything that wasn’t specifically uploaded in a post edit, or that wasn’t manually attached to a post or page. That is almost entirely useless. When I upload a gallery, I don’t wait to upload the photos in the middle of creating the post. I upload media separately.

I really wish I could see all pertinent information about media directly in the library, and sort accordingly.

‘Fraid not, @edlevin2015. I went back and forth several times with my theme developers, but with no luck.

Hi Jonathan. I am using the Kadence theme, Pinnacle. I did not deactivate all plugins, but I did post on the Kadence forums asking which plugins might affect tineyMCE. I suppose I could deactivate everything, then add them back in until I find the problem.

I experience the issue in both Chrome and Safari.

Unfortunately, that didn’t help. I dumped browser cache, but my host said they didn’t cache files. So I deactivated plugins to see if they were getting in the way, but did not find the culprit.

Just for kicks, I tried to edit a post on my iPhone 7 and encountered the same issue.

Wow. Gutenberg looks interesting. And helpful. I look forward to watching it roll out.

Can’t beat the money back guarantee! I’m gonna have fun playing with the new features!

That’s how I work in WordPress, too. To be honest, I just don’t know enough about how things work to be able to make adjustments quickly. I have to test something out to see what the result it and refresh it each time.

Looking at the Pinnacle Premium vs Free features list, I think I will be upgrading anyway. Then I can see how Pinnacle Premium works with Page Builder and whether or not I still prefer Elementor.

    I appreciate your help, Kevin!

Thanks, Kevin. I did watch that video, but I don’t find Page Builder to be very intuitive. I tried building the same page with Page Builder and with Elementor, and Elementor was much easier and more effective to work with.

Working on the backend is difficult because I don’t know what my changes are going to look like, so there’s a lot of back and forth testing.

I think I’m having trouble comparing my options. I would love to be able to line up all my widget options between Pinnacle free, premium, Elementor, and Page Builder. I don’t need a super involved site, I’m not selling anything, just running a couple of blogs. I just want to be able to use all my tools on all my pages.
