Thanks, that did the trick. What would be cool is if the error codes were posted in the documentation. It would make it easy to change them using the hacks file. As always, the forums here are awesome and especially the help at S2. Thanks again.

Forgot to put the site address in:

pvatestsite.com/bbd4life. You may click on any button and see the lightbox form. it’s pretty self explanatory. I am using the ninja modal codes to display in lightbox, so no conflict there (should not be).

Oh, yes I forgot. I looked everywhere for how to use this in conjunction with Ninja and Gravity forms. Found nothing. I am assuming it is by embedding the shortcode into the popup editor. However, I cannot get it to work, so I am unsure. A little help please.

This is utterly unhelpful. I went to you site and there is little documentation there. I used the sample in the help section and did this:

obviously, i changed the URL and the pop make class to mine which is popmake-768. Nothing worked. There is no instruction as to where I should place any classs, no video, and cursory documentation at best. It would be incredibly helpful if you did a short screen cast on how to link this to an image, button, etc. But I noticed your forum section is for paying customers only, so does that mean I must buy something in order to get that kind of support? Not an indictment, just asking so I understand. At this point, I am so confused as to how to open a popup with a button, I am ready to give up. It’s ridiculous.

Well it’s really quite simple – the plugin will not work with a feed originated in yahoo pipes or in google alerts. it works fine with nearly every other kind of feed i can find. i am not sure whether the standard changed for RSS or google or yahoo changed their standard. whatever happened occurred this week because it was working fine on Monday and last week. suddenly, it stopped working. could be the update. i don’t know. all i know is, with these two kinds of feeds, it will not work. if you want access so you can take a look, send me your email on a private entry and i will get you support access. for the life of me i cannot figure it out, but i do know it is happening quite a bit. the issue is mentioned in one form or another several times in this support forum. outside of this issue, i have never had a problem a problem with this plugin. it is in my opinion, the best rss plugin available for wordpress. but many people use google and yahoo alerts for their rss. it is a huge issue for you and could ultimately hurt your business if not handled asap. like i said, send me your email and i will get credentials to you. you can use me as a guinea pig. thanks.

I just tried creating the same feed in feedburner. It will not recognize the feed there either. This is a google alert set up to deliver to RSS. It has something to do with not liking the google feed. I have tested it with a standard news feed and it works fine. I do not know what it is about a google feed, but it does not like them. The feed is valid. I have validated on multiple services and this plugin still does not recognize them. Interestingly, this only started happening today. It was fine until this afternoon. A little help please.

Does this actually work with WP 3.9.1? Still no answer on the vertical display.

thanks. have contacted host and they are going to work on it. i will update this ticket as soon as i have a resolution. apparently, it is a common problem and i will detail what the fix is and how to handle it for future reference. thanks for quick response.

Well, I was going to post regarding a complete failure to work. I am getting a 500 server error. That’s really bad. And when I see the amazing developer Pippin Williamson in here dealing with an issue that he cannot resolve, there is a problem. Will wait for further releases.

Thanks for that. It is now jumping and scrolling correctly. AWESOME! had to extend the link to include the /nrgfx/page-name/#anchor-name

works perfectly and i cannot be happier. I wanted to compliment you on your response. It is lightning compared to other developers out there and this is an incredible plugin. I hope you are making money with this. You could easily make it a premium plugin and I would pay premium pricing for it. The only thing I would say is the documentation could be a little more clear for the layman (me). A video tutorial for different scenarios would be great. If you are ever interested in turning this into a premium and need help marketing let me know. And if this somehow violated anything in wordpress rules, my apologies for my ignorance. Thanks again for a great plugin.

I am having the same problem and nothing here seems to work. the page on which the scrolling effect is assigned works fine. but when i attempt to link to a sub menu item (the scrolling targets, etc.) from one of my other pages, i get this –

“Infinite loop detected in JError.”

This happened after I put the slash in front of the menu item. Need some help. Thanks.

I know this was resolved but I am having a problem with this. I have done everything here, but the page on which I am working does not scroll, but “jumps” to the anchor. I am missing the scroll effect, even after changing the speed to 5000. What am I missing.
