This is what fixed it for me.
Go to Woo Commerce > Emails > Scroll down to the Email Sender Options:
Next check to see what you have as the “From Address”. For me, the email was the original email I used to set up my wordpress website. It was a different domain from my wordpress domain.
So once I made sure the email in the “From Address” matched the domain for the website, the emails started sending again!
